Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad the home provided plenty of space for your family and friends to comfortably gather and enjoy time together. However, we’re very sorry that several aspects of the property did not meet your expectations, especially considering the investment you made in your vacation. We appreciate your suggestions regarding hair dryers, luggage racks, robes, beach towels, and beach toys. While our vacation rentals are self-catering properties and we provide starter quantities of household essentials rather than enough supplies for an entire stay, we certainly understand how quickly those items can be used by a large group. We also understand how convenient additional amenities would be for guests traveling by airplane. We will share your recommendations with the property owner for consideration. More importantly, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness and maintenance concerns you encountered. Finding dirty socks in the couch cushions is unacceptable, and we will address this with our cleaning team. We will also make sure the broken towel and toilet paper holders, damaged pool liner, and refrigerator cooling issue are brought to the attention of our maintenance team. We especially appreciate you mentioning the possible mold around the lights and windows, as those areas need to be properly inspected and addressed. We completely understand that guests expect a clean, well-maintained, and properly prepared home upon arrival, regardless of the property's size. Your feedback regarding the overall condition, furnishings, and attention to detail will be shared with the property owner so improvements can be evaluated.
