Flirty apartment in the port of Alcudia with sea views. The apartment is located in front of the incredible and kilometers-long beach of Alcudia. It is located in an area with a charming boardwalk full of good restaurants, shops, and cafes.



The apartment has been recently renovated. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and sea views and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room with access to the beautiful terrace furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy the incredible views. It is worth noting that both bedrooms and the living-dining room have air conditioning and, of course, Wifi.



In addition, the apartment has two community pools, one large and one small for children, with sun loungers and a grass area with access only for residents of the complex.



Ultimately, an incredible opportunity to enjoy your vacation in Mallorca without the need to rent a car.

Beach front & Cycling friendly

This is a great little spot on the beach in Alcúdia. Easy walk up, stunning view and central spot for avid cyclists who will be touring the area’s famous routes. It’s right on the boardwalk and is walking distance to shops, restaurants and groceries. Very happy to have the option to cook to do laundry as well.

Lovely beachfront property

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The home was super clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The air conditioning was fabulous. The kitchen had all that we needed for our stay. Such easy access to restaurants and markets yet it was very quiet. Definitely recommend this property!

Lovely apartment in an ideal location

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Alcudia. It was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The balcony was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view of the beach and the sea beyond. There was a good choice of restaurants and bars along the beach front, and it was a relatively easy walk into the old town.

Excellent location with only the promenade between appartment grounds and beach. Many resturaunts in marina area only a short walk away. Wonderful view of beach and bay from balcony. Swimming pool great, water warm. Apartment spacious and clean. Would stay again.

Great location overlooking the beach, with nice size balcony

Decor is a bit dated but didn’t affect our stay. Could hear occupants above who had young children which was annoying at times. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance and nice atmosphere in the evenings would return to the area. Car parking was hit and miss but fine if space available. Only real issue was apartment key not there when we arrived, phoned the company didn’t hear back but eventually cleaner appeared with the key

Great appartment with wonderful seafront location and view of beach and bay from balcony. Lots of choice of cafes and resturaunts only a short walk away. Beach well maintained. Would stay again. Only a minor point. I booked through vrbo and it wasn't clear initially who payment would be made to when due. Vrbo communications led me to believe payment reminder and instructions would come from them. However became clear when I contacted you directly.

Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer Die 2. Toilette in der Wohnung Es gibt tatsächlich nichts zu verbessern Oder vielleicht das aus der Dusche mehr Wasser kommt, aber das wäre gejammer auf hohem Niveau.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr komfortabel, die Lage war perfekt, sehr zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung war erstklassig, von Geschirr bis zu den Handtüchern. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

Vackert, rent boende

Mycket trevligt boende! Rent och fräscht, sköna sängar, härlig balkong, välutrustat kök, två toaletter, AC i varje rum. Underbar utsikt över havet och nära strand, restauranger och affärer. Precis utanför finns buss och taxistation. Poolen var inget särskilt men den räckte för att svalka av sig i på eftermiddagarna. Till poolen behöver man ha husnyckeln vilket ställde till det lite då man bara fick en nyckel om man ville göra olika saker under dagen. Övrig tid la vi nyckeln i nyckelskåp utanför boendet. Rekommenderar boendet och kommer gärna åter.

Die Lage ist ein Traum

Die Lage direkt am Strand und mit einer großen Palme gleich vor der Terrasse ist wunderschön und einzigartig. Wir haben das Meer und den tollen sauberen Strand genossen und waren dazwischen immer schnell für eine Schatten-Pause wieder zuhause auf der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Auf unsere Mitbewohner Ameisen und Stechmücken hätten wir gerne verzichtet, sowie auf die Baustelle gleich unter der Terrasse. Aber die ist sicher nur vorübergehend.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Lediglich der Geruch im Apartment war sehr unangenehm und einige Stellen und Küchengeräte nicht sauber, sodass wir sie nicht verwenden konnten.

Estupendo apartamento a pie de playa

Limpio y con cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. Piscina comunitaria muy agradable. Ubicación excelente, con muchos restaurantes y tiendas a solo un paso y a 5 min en coche de Alcudia. Sitio para aparcar en las zonas comunes. Hemos estado muy a gusto pasando unos días en familia. Recomendable!
