A studio apartment completely to yourself, self check-in, private entrance and your own backyard
The unit has a queen size bed a leather couch that fold to a futon. There is also an air mattress available. There is a pack and play if you have an infant or toddler. There is a 3 chair high top dining area for dining or work. An extra large closet. A full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, plus lots of dishes, pots and pans. A full sink with a dish rack dish soap and a scrub brush. There is an air fryer, microwave, coffee pot with coffee to brew. Also a large bathroom with a full bathtub and shower. It also includes conditioner shampoo and body wash. The unit is dog friendly and you are completely welcome to bring your dog with you for your visit. The property has beautiful Mountain View’s great for hiking if weather permits. Drive thru the neighborhood and enjoy all the unique houses. Dining options / local breweries walking distance or a short drive. Very centrally located. **no dogs live on the property at this time** No parties or events allowed.

Host didn’t specify to put dog under as another guest anywhere in the listing or before or after first meeting us in person with our DOG. Ended up trying to overcharge me for an unauthorized pet fee (which any fee should have been included), stolen toilet paper HOLDER, dog poop that I picked up, some dirty dishes and towels and unmade bed. On top of all that they said it took a cleaning CREW 4 hours to clean… for said dirty dishes and towels plus unmade bed. On top of all of THAT their son walked in unannounced in our room. Was just trying to find a cheap retreat for me my wife and my dog and got met with unwarranted fees and overcharges and met with a big violation of our privacy. Hoping to get in touch with support once my schedule allows it, but I wish for anyone reading this to reconsider when looking for a “dog friendly” stay on here before messaging host for specifics and taking pictures of EVERYTHING once first arriving to avoid any troubles like we had.

Cute, clean and comfy!

It was a great place for me and my husband. Very comfy bed and nice kitchen a plus. Would stay here again.

Perfect for us!

This pet-friendly studio had everything we could have wanted and more. Bathroom is very spacious, the kitchenette well equipped, and the living/bedroom area was quite roomy. The location was great as it was a straight shot to our daughter's house on the nearest main road. We loved it!

Does not sleep 4 or at all

The artwork was very nice and the bathroom clean and well stocked. We enjoyed having Roku tv and the Disney Channel. The nightlight was broken so we had to leave the overhead light in the bathroom on at night. There was no ice nor a way to make any. There were no instructions for anything - tv, cooler/heater, toaster oven. The gate was hard to open and close and the walkway was broken on the edge which made walking difficult and rolling a suitcase almost impossible. We got very little sleep on a too-soft queen bed and torturous fold out bed which allowed us to feel every bar and had no sheet or cover. We took the sheet from the big bed so each of us could have a cover. Unless 3 people are sleeping in the queen, this unit sleeps only 3, not 4. I'll disclose that we're both in our 80's and use canes, but we had no idea that getting into the back unit would be so difficult. While relaxing in the nice backyard, a group of people came wandering in because there is no indication that the house in front and the studio in back are not one unit. The people were nice, but it was startling. We didn't expect it to be fitted for seniors with grab bars, but it was hazardous for our son and his wife to get down the sidewalk; they are not seniors. The price was right and it was located near the home we would be visiting which were the reasons we booked it. We need to do a little more research next time.

Basic/fixer upper

Our stay was quieter (i don’t think owners were staying there while we were). Overall a great stay. Cons: a janky fence that does not line up to close so we had to always be watching our pups when outside cause they could easily escape with the crappy fencing. Bathroom light is a fire hazard waiting to happen & it actually burned out so we had no bathroom lighting for 3/4 nights. For a regular vrbo & the price we pay you could definitely invest in fixing those problems for your future bookers. Besides those two things the tiny place was easy & needed for the short stay.

Very happy

Nice quiet place, had everything we need. Host was very helpful. Curb appeal was not great but once you get inside everything is very nice. I highly recommend this place.

The guest home was very cute, the backyard was fenced in and private. When you arrive don't be alarmed that you are at someones home, you honestly would hardly know it once you enter the backyard as it is a separate building with its own entrance and yard. It slept 3 adults and a baby perfectly. The kitchen was adorable and had all the tools you would need to cook. A pack and play was provided, there was a queen bed and the chair pulled out into a twin bed. We did not have our dogs but the set up was great had we brought them. The home was clean. I would return if I ever come back to the area!

Great location

The check in orocess was a breeze! The property was clean and really cute. My only complaint is the beds were uncomfortable. The sofa bed was like sleeping on chicken wire. It needs a good matress topper or something. The queen bed dipped in the middle, so my daughter and i had a hard time sleeping. Other than the beds, the place was great.

Im torn..depends on what you are looking for.

We stayed 3 days, a d really wanted to leave after check in. We knew the host had several dogs from previous reviews but was unprepares to have our 3 (leashed) at the door of the unit when the dogs behind the gate began a very aggressive attack on the gate next to door. The gate moved outward by about 4 inches (almost giving way) My 79 yr old husband had our 2 elderly dogs and our yr old large puppy. As you can imagine it was a couple chaotic moments. As we entered my husband noted the approximately 6 to 8 inches of damaged door frame. The place smelled a little but put it down to being closed. To be honest I wad very prepared to overlook a great deal due to the willingnesd to host our dogs and the very reasonable pricing. It was clear the unit isdecorated and furnished in "yard sale items". We didn't know how cheaplt furnished u til we set on the lovely lookin brow loveseat where you sink several inches. I covered it with towels i brought to protect it...i moved all pillows so none would be damaged. We tried throughout our stay toget the mini split to work. The window ac unit did have a heat setting which allowed us to keep unit warm enough. That bookcase in the room divides the room and allows the maybe queen size bed ti share the room with about 6 inches on one side and maybe 10 inches on the otherside. The linens were non matched , very thin , and a twin size white comforter that didn't e en fully cover top of bed. There is much more.

Dogs bark all night could not sleep

Everything would be perfect if the dogs didn’t bark or cry all night. Not our dogs though. The dogs of the house. We could not sleep and decided to leave after staying only 1 night, although we booked for 2 nights

This place was not we expected. When we first entered the room. It was stuffy and smell strong chemical. They used Fabuloso. It was awful smell. It gave me bad headache. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was lumpy. They had 15 dogs that barked constantly. They woke us up at 4:30 am for the last three nights. It was nightmare. The silverware and fridge was very filth. The dish pan is unbelievable dirty. I would not recommend them. Trust me don't waste your money.

Nice, but disruptive and unprofessional in my opinion.

I stayed here for about a week and really loved the space. My biggest complaints come from the dogs that the hosts have, and a specific situation that occurred. I brought my pup with me, and every day, at 4am, their dogs would go crazy barking and would wake me and my dog up. They would bark for 20-30+ mins before stopping. My dog would then need to go outside and their dogs would try to almost attack him through a small gap in the fence from the main yard. I had to sleep with the TV on and playing the entire time I was there to have a shot of sleeping and my dog not freaking out. There was also another situation where the owner and 3-4 other adult individuals entered the back yard with no warning or notice until I walked out. When they entered, they all opted to not close the gate and lock it behind them, which allowed my dog to get out and all the way down the street. The apologies for the situation, in my opinion, seemed unprofessional and insincere, especially when the comments made were “my dogs would do the same thing!” then why didn’t you close the gate????? Of a private area being rented to a paid tenant? Let alone let me know they were coming back there. I had no problems with them coming back, but my dog should never have gotten out, and they should have told me they were entering the area prior. If you’re a heavy sleeper, or don’t have a reactive dog who likes to go on adventures, this may be a great spot for you. But if not, maybe stay somewhere else.

Happy stay

Great view in the neighborhood, good parking, clean and big space inside and outside. Very responsive host! provides updates and recommendations, and easy to check in and out. Nice kitchen, although not very big but got all and more than we need.
