Welcome to the Oak Lawn Oasis, a secluded retreat in the heart of it all. This sun-drenched guesthouse features an Art Deco-inspired dƩcor living space and a vaulted ceiling kitchen. Explore the abundant options of wonderful restaurants and nightlife or unwind and enjoy yourself in your private green space with a patio, amazing pool, and hot tub. The Oak Lawn Oasis is conveniently located minutes from the Medical District, trendy Uptown, Historic Downtown Dallas, and Love Field Airport!

The space
Upon entering the driveway gate, youā€™ll be greeted with a lush oasis filled with seasonal banana trees, a pool, deck, and hot tub.

The entrance to the guesthouse brings you into a high beamed ceiling, fully stocked kitchen with easily accessible dinnerware. High-top seating is provided to enjoy kitchen socialization or a quick meal. Please be aware there is a stove, but no oven.

From the living room, youā€™ll have access to a washer/dryer, a 65ā€ Smart TV with streaming capabilities, a dining nook, and couch that can be used as a day bed.

Because we understand that sleep is important, each bedroom is equipped with queen-size memory foam mattresses. There is a day bed in the living room for extra guests as well. Bedroom #1 has a dedicated workspace and industrial pipes to hang your clothing from. Bedroom #2 has a large closet for use.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire guesthouse and backyard space. You're free to use the pool or hot tub between the hours of 8am and 10pm.

The Hot Tub is open and maintained year-round! The pool isn't heated, but the Dallas weather will usually allow for swimming at your discretion from around March until November.

Other things to note
Due to the convenience of the house to Love Field Airport, there is occasional airplane noise

You may run into us in the backyard as we clean the pool and hot tub on a regular basis. We live in the main house, but we respect your privacy.

Although we are pet-friendly, we charge a one-time pet fee per stay. Please add your pet to your reservation when booking as any announced pets are subject to a damage deposit and double pet charge.

Our neighborhood has a zero-tolerance policy regarding excessive late night partying/music/noise. Any non-adherence or failure to answer when addressed will be deemed agreement of guest to forfeit their deposit or pay fines incurred.

Beautiful stay at this wonderful oasis. Location was quiet yet conveniently located. Our group consisted of preteens and teens as well as our fur babies and this property hit the mark on keeping everyone entertained and relaxed. Would stay again hands down!

Great location and stay

My boyfriend and I stayed with our two dogs and the hosts were very accommodating. The pool was great and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The neighborhood was great for running and taking the dogs on a walk. Would definitely stay again!

Easy and comfortable stay

The premises have everything we needed for our family stay: there is enough furniture for four, kitchen is functional for everyday cooking, beds are comfortable. Clean and well maintained. Owners are friendly, even provided us some extras, like coffee for coffee machine and bottled water - that was very much appreciated!

The space was great, easy in and out. Close to a lot of attractions, plenty of places to eat. There is only 1 bathroom downstairs and the 2 bedrooms are upstairs, so annoying in the middle of the night but otherwise great.

Great Getaway/Staycation

Loved the location and property truly was a little oasis in a great area. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Neighbors were very friendly. It is close to airport so lots of planes overhead, but really wasn't too bad. Wifi wasn't great, but usually isn't in metro areas

Great stay!

We loved our stay. The hosts were amazing. Always there with a quick recommendation for dinner. We loved every suggestion. It was close to the fair and the whole family loved the pool and hot tub. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. And we were overjoyed to find fans in both rooms. There are a few gas stations and shops that were a little scary to shop at late at night so be playful. We always felt safe on property and live the locked gate.

Very cool little place!!!

We just wanted a place to chill and get out of our regular life for a few! This place did the trick, had a few hurdlesā€¦.but it was handled quickly and friendly! Would def recommend and we even talked about bringing the kiddos next time, I think they would love the pool area while mom and I sat in the hot tub! Lol
