Peaceful, brand new cabin get-away at the center of 100-acre farm-built May 2022

This group blatantly disregarded the cabin rules and checkout instructions as well as leaving the cabin with dirty dishes, food, grease and something sticky all over the kitchen counters. Dirt was everywhere. Our checkout instructions do not include mopping the floor as a feeble attempt to cover the mess left all over the cabin and yard. Not to mention being dishonest about the damage in the bathroom. The entire custom-built bourbon barrel sink was moved from its place most likely in an attempt to fix the damage these guests caused. Totally unapologetic and stated they left it in pretty good condition considering it was all men who stayed there...We have had no issues from any other guests on this server or the others we are listed on. I hope you will be more respectful when staying on others' properties or that they take a damage deposit. We had to close the cabin for the weekend so we lost that rental income and generously only reached out for the money for firewood (it was stated in 3 different places that we can provide as much firewood as you need for $10/bundle). Sorry that you feel you were blindsided by the fact that it is unacceptable to leave someone's property in this state. Most people can understand common courtesy.
