This waterfront retreat features a balcony overlooking the Pond, 2 kayaks, a game room, TV, WiFi, outdoor fire pit, and everything else you need for a relaxing getaway. Centrally located, you can find yourself exploring the surrounding towns, or hiking the breathtaking mountains of Maine. Whether you are looking to escape the chaos, get in touch with nature, or work remotely, make this year round peaceful sanctuary your next escape.

• Two queen size beds are available, one in the bedroom and one in the upstairs loft. The sleeper sofa is also a queen size and fits two people, which allows the cabin to comfortable sleep up to 6 people.
• Extra linens can be found in the trunk in the living room.
• A full bathroom is in the main cabin along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and all other cooking essentials.
• Stepping into the living room is the staircase to the loft, as well as a smart TV, electric fireplace, and stunning views of the Round Pond.
• Overlooking the water is the outdoor fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs.
• The basement is a perfect hangout space with various board games to play for a fun night in.

Guests have access to the entire property for the duration of your stay. Please note, access to the basement is through the sliding doors in the back. There is no basement access through the main cabin.

Just 45 minutes from Portland and an hour to some of Maine's best skiing, such as Sugarloaf Mountain & Sunday River.
