Newly renovated Bright apartment within walking distance to center and Metro U3

Yes our apartment is as shown on the pictures: one room apartment (without rug) but since we did not have the “one room apartment” option we had to choose one bedroom apartment instead. We do not put rug since it is not hygiene. Our apartment looks exactly as it is on the pictures online. Coffee, salt and sugar was provided although we have not listed that we do provide it. Also some guests don’t like open used sugar and coffee from previous guests. We did provide soap, shampoo, detergent for washer and soap for dishes, it was not “only toilet papers” as you mentioned in your review. You stayed at our apartment almost 2 weeks and you could have not paid us if you did not liked our apartment when you checked in. You knew about the payment from day one and you were ok with it. This way we like to give our guests a better price. On the other hand you have no risk of paying beforehand and ending up in front of an apartment not being able to get inside because no one shows up to let you in. You pay when you receive the keys. This is the most secure way and our guests love it. We were available 24 hours 7 days a week for any questions or anything if you needed but you chose not to ask anything because you were super satisfied with everything that was provided. Usually you should not flush toilet papers inside any toilet and since our previous guests have clogged our toilet we ask our guests to throw them into a trash can instead. We think you got your credit by getting a nice clean apartment in one of the best locations in Vienna living one street away from where your son was living. Thank you
