Freshly updated in 2022 and located just three blocks from the University of Notre Dame campus, this inviting home offers comfort and convenience. It features a spacious living room, fully furnished kitchen, family room, three bedrooms, and two full baths. The home comes fully equipped with small kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes, and flatware, along with WiFi-enabled smart TVs, central air and heat, bedding, linens, and many additional essentials for a comfortable stay.
Entire home except for garage.

Home in located on the south east side of campus with shopping and restaurants close by.

Additional house rules
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.

2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.

3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQā€™s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guestsā€™ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

5. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana.

6. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors!

7. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than whoā€™s on your guest list.

8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.


12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guestā€™s credit card.

13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.

Everything was as described. Rooms were comfortable, house clean and ready for us. Location is superb. Great to have two bathrooms. I must say we did not take advantage of the kitchen facilities but everything we would have needed was there.

We stayed for a ND football game and this house was perfect! The house was clean and communication was excellent. There were some board games and the backyard was huge! The neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk around.

Stayed for the ND-USC game. Great house that was close to campus and had great amenities. House is nice and clean and provided plenty of room for us. Doug did a fantastic job of communicating with us. Would definitely stay there again.

Bungalow getaway minutes from ND campus

Small home, large yard in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a short stay. House was very clean and well appointed. Front door locks needed a little manipulation to open and internet went down but property management super responsive in trying to solve issues. Recommend and would return.

My husband and FIL loved the location of this home for ND game day! They were able to walk to and from the game and not have to worry about trying to find a ride late at night after the game.

Fun in South Bend

Very nice property conveniently located near the Notre Dame campus. While we were there for graduation, it is a great location for football games in the fall. Would definitely rebook the property as the managers (Doug) were very attentive and good communicators.

Super cute house. Host is great to communicate with ; responds within an hr. Grass could have been cut before we showed up, as we tried to play the outdoor games provided. Property should check out outside lights ; all lights except front door outside light, did NOT work. House was very clean inside. House is located in a decent neighborhood. Lots of stores and fuel stations close by.

This Place is PERFECT

I am always a little skeptical when booking online but this property was exactly how it was listed and then some. The house is located at the end of a cul de sac and the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed eating out on the patio and watching the birds, squirrels and rabbits. Itā€™s located close to Notre Dameā€™s campus, close enough to walk if you like. If we are ever in South Bend again, we will definitely stay here again!

Three day sray

Unit was in great condition. There was not an iron in the unit which was listed and I had a wrinkled shirt from packing at my daughterā€™s graduation. The yard had not been cut in two weeks which meant high grass which made the patio unusable because of mosquitos. The AC is on a digital control. While the minimum 70 keeps the unit mostly comfortable the control resets to 78 every 7 hours which woke us up in the middle of the night as our allergies will not let us sleep with ceiling fans on. This is a five star unit that with some flexibility and upkeep would live up to its billing.

Everything was great and the location was perfect. I let the property owner/manager know about a couple things we encountered: the remotes for the fans in the master bedroom and the dining room did not work properly. When trying to turn the lights on or off and keep the fans on- the remotes would just flash red. The master bedroom fan would not work at all. You could only turn it on or off with the wall switch and you could not turn the light off and keep the fan on. That did make the temps somewhat uncomfortable at night because the air just didnā€™t circulate. The one in the dining room would intermittently turn on or off with the remote but it would not always work. I think they needed new batteries. Also the outside lights by the side door are not working. We didnā€™t realize the thermostat was set to reset every night and it would go back to 73 instead of staying where we set it. I figured that out on our last night- but I did suggest to the owner that he could add directions in the manual to the thermostat so it can be set to a comfortable setting and stay there while guests are there. That temp change contributed to the nights being more uncomfortable without the fan. Everything else was great. It was clean and had what we needed and the location was great! Minor details that the owner seemed very responsive to when I let him know.

Excellent location close to campus!

This place was a great little home away from home. We were at Notre Dame for a collegiate water polo tournament. The pool is next to the football and basketball stadiums. It was only a 4 minute drive. The house was great! It has everything you need. The house was nicely updated with a large yard to watch birds, etc. Highly recommend this place and we will be back as repeat vacationers!

House was clean, full kitchen, 2 nice baths, comfortable seating in two place for a group to eat, watch TV or hang out. Big backyard with outdoor seating and fire pit (just could use a gas grill maybe). Easy to deal with renter and good communication.

Great location!

Home was perfect for our stay during welcome weekend at Notre Dame. Very clean and private. We enjoyed the backyard patio as well. Host was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again when we visit our daughter at college.
