The rustic, very well maintained wooden house is located in a quiet outskirts of the mountaineering village Ginzling. It lies at 1.000 m above sea level and is an ideal starting point for cycling, climbing and hiking tours as well as in the ski areas of the Zillertal. But you can also enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace or the, surrounded by rocks, garden on the 'Zillertal Alps Nature Park'. The rustic and bright room invites you to a cozy get-together.

Our self-contained apartment is located on the ground floor of the house below our private apartment and has a separate entrance. Garden and sauna, we share with you, if we coincidentally with you holiday in Ginzling would do.

In ten minutes by car you reach Mayrhofen, where u. a. Shops, an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, mini golf, bowling alley, cinema u. v.m are located. In winter, there are a few wellness hours in the outside wooden barrel sauna. The free ski bus to Mayrhofen departs 100 meters from the property. With it, you can also reach the ski area of the Hintertux Glacier in about 35 minutes.

Furthermore, there is a children's ski lift and a floodlit toboggan run (Tristenbachalm) in the immediate vicinity.
