A recreational area (Möhlenbult and Südholt) can be reached on foot (via a hiking trail through the Thalenbusch and past Burg Mansingen) in 10 minutes. There is also the castle Fikensolt and the landing experience Park Ammerland (Janssen). The city center, shopping or the hospital can be reached in 5 minutes (also by bicycle). Within 25 km you can reach both the city center of Oldenburg and the seaside resort of Dangast. In the house are upstairs a complete apartment (living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom) and 2 single rooms including private bathrooms and shared kitchen. The owner lives on the ground floor.  The house was completely renovated in 2018/19.
