1️⃣This is a NON SMOKING property any evidence of smoking will be charged $1000 Fee.

2️⃣NO PARTIES. LARGE GATHERINGS, OR EXCESSIVE NOISE
The maximum number of guests allowed is Four. Parties, gathering, and events are not allowed. There is a city wide ordinance that prohibits loud noise after 10:00 p.m. Please refrain from loud noise after 10:00 p.m.
Geust will get charge $500 for any party or gathering in our place .
we have 1 other suites in the same property and all the outdoor Area is shared.
"Backyard also may be used by me and other guests"

3️⃣PETS
NOT ALLOWED

4️⃣MINIMUM AGE
The renter must be 23 years of age to book this Guest Suite.

5️⃣PARKING
Parking is limited to two(2) vahicles.
Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Designated parking areas is on the Driveway. Please do not park in front of neighbor's houses.

6️⃣WEATHER REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation.

7️⃣CHECKIN -CHECKOUT TIMING
Check-in time is 4PM and check-out is 12 Pm.
If Guests check out 30 min After check out time will get charge $50 .
For any reason If Guest causes the next geust booking cancel they are responsible to pay for next guest Balance to the Host.
geust has to stay in the suite at least 24 hours to be Allow to write review for the Host.
8️⃣ADDITIONAL RULES
Please do not use the towels for removing makeup.
please do not walk on the carpet inside bedroom with shoes.
(you will get charg $250 for dirty carpet)
