You will have the entire space to yourself. The property has its own private entrance. A keypad code will be provided for self-check-in.

IMPORTANT: We want to host you, but first, please read the house rules to make sure we are a good fit for each other.

> We require a rental contract to be signed online (sent via email) in order to protect our home and insure all our guests (like you) have a great experience. It's super quick and easy!

> Minimum primary renter age is 25 (photo ID will be required to verify)

> Smoking is completely prohibited inside the property. A deodorizing fee will be charged (min $500) if we detect the smell of smoke. If you smoke, please do so in the back alley (not in front of the house as that is a shared space with neighbors)

> No loitering or hanging out directly in front of the property on the stairs/sidewalk as that is a shared space with our neighbors.

> We have cameras outside the house as well as RING to ensure the property is protected at all times. There are NO cameras inside the house.

> Because we care about the comfort of our neighbors, we highly discourage loud noise. We have noise level monitors (NoiseAware) at the property (these monitors DO NOT allow us to hear what you say or record you. They are only to monitor volume level)

> We do not accept locals to rent/visit

> Sometimes when there is an event on the weekend, and as we are located in a prime location (lively, busy street), you might hear some noise.

> We strongly suggest you leave your car behind! Uber is minutes away from all attractions and destinations. There is no parking on the premise. Street parking is free during the day. If you plan to park overnight, you can request a guest pass and we'll happily provide one.
