Great clean property. Not sure if this is the norm on a rental, but we only 1 towel per person for 3 nights, we had to throw trash and cleanup before leaving. Will probably stay in hotel next trip.

Looks just like the pictures. Very clean. Good location, close to beach and restaurants and shopping. Easy check in and check out.

Nice apt. Stocked with everything we needed. Could of been cleaner, And did not sleep 5 comfortably. Sleeper sofa was not comfortable and could only really sleep one person because it sunk in the middle. Queen bed was very nice and roll away cot was comfortable. Other than that. Loved the location and apt was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is in a safe centralized location of Padre Island. The building is a little older, but the room was nice and clean. All appliances worked well, and fit our needs. A comfortable place away from home.

Extremely clean, great location by the beach and fun spots to eat and hang out! Comfy fold out bed in the living and bedroom has the most exhilarating bed after a long day in the son! Location was good. Pictures online were deceiving.

Location was good. Pool was good. Condo felt like was in a hotel style place. Only given 1 towel & washcloth for each of us for a 9 day stay. Most Vrbo’s we stay at have some stocked things. Condo needs some updating. But overall we loved the north padre island.

Kitchen is a bit cramped, but if you're not there to cook, wouldn't be a problem. The wicker chairs in the living room were cute, but not very comfortable for relaxing. Loved having an elevator available vs. carrying bulky things up 3 flights of stairs. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

GREAT little getaway!

We (family of 4, two kiddos, 12 & 5) popped down to join up with some family RV'ing down the coast in Port A. Value was MUCH better for a short drive. AND North Padre is 'our spot' anyhow, so picked it out on VRBO about a week out. The place is easy to find with the link BUT make sure you know to look for Mystic Arbor on the side (and don't accidentally stop short, like this knucklehead did)... The apartment itself had a great view, as you see in the photos. Lovely spot that makes it easy for the beach. Our ONLY little complaint was that the wifi is spotty (which, I know, you aren't going there for the wifi...), BUT when you are trying to get your 5 year old to decompress after a long day at the beach, and Bluey keeps freezing/buffering... OH, and the check-in, check-out was easy-peasy. OVERALL a 5-star-ish review -- convenient, great price, and just enough amenities.

Bait and Switch

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, being asked to sign a separate rental contract with different terms after paying a deposit is bait and switch. There is only a parking pass for one vehicle which was not disclosed until we arrived despite us having to send both vehicle information ahead of time. Overall, the unit is nice and clean. We could not get the bedroom cool enough at night. The pool and dock area is very nice. It was a fine place to stay and decent location.
