Welcome to the apartment 8 in the house Akunak in Büsum on the beautiful North Sea coast of Schleswig-Holstein. If you are looking for a centrally located as well as modern and therefore family friendly equipped apartment for up to 8 people for your holiday on the North Sea in Büsum, we invite you to be our guests.

The large (110 sqm) 4-room apartment can accommodate 2-8 (max 10) people and is ideal for large families (with up to 4 children). Ideal also for friendly families or families who want to vacation together with their grandparents.

The location in Büsum is really excellent. Both city, as well as dike and Perlebucht / family lagoon are fast and within walking distance. Furthermore, the Edeka and Baker is at the door.

In the immediate vicinity (about 500 meters - about 5 minutes walk) is the family lagoon / Perlebucht. It is one of the most modern beach and adventure resorts on the German coast. Beach, beach volleyball, beach soccer, kitesurfing, windsurfing school, jungle gym, sheltered lawns, barbecue and picnic areas, fireplace and a unique view of the bay and the sea. The Perlebucht appeals to everyone. Family - Active - Nature. Let a wonderful holiday end. When the sun sinks glowing red in the North Sea and the glasses clink gently when toasting you experience pure holiday romance. Admission to the Perlebucht is included in the spa tax.

The apartment was completely renovated and renovated in 2019, is modern, bright, friendly, cozy, but not overly decorated and decorated.

The 3 bedrooms invite you to a good night's sleep and sweet dreams.
The children's room is equipped with 2 bunk beds (the lower two beds are also designed for adults). The beds can be converted so that the lower area can be used as a play area, if only 2 beds are needed. A large luxurious box spring bed is located in the master bedroom. The third bedroom has another comfortable box-spring sofa bed (160 cm wide). The living room is through the huge sofa bed, also used as a place to sleep. All rooms except the nursery are equipped with modern TV sets.

The kitchen is equipped with the usual electrical appliances (microwave, stove, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher) and kitchen utensils. It offers a small dining table group for 4 people opportunity for a quick meal. In the dining area in the living room all guests find a large extendable dining table space.

The apartment has a large and a small bathroom. The large bathroom is equipped with shower.

The apartment has a niche with wardrobe in the entrance and a large hallway with a cozy reading area.

On the large balconies you can enjoy the sun and the sea air. The south-east balcony is accessible from the bedrooms. The large south-west balcony invites you to linger and relax and offers with the large lounge corner enough seating for all guests. Due to the ideal orientation of the balconies, the apartment is bright all day long and the sun can be absorbed from sunrise to sunset.

Free Wi-Fi in the apartment is also available.

A large free car parking space and a garage for storing bicycles are also available. The garage is also interesting for water sports enthusiasts and can be used for material cleaning and storage. Furthermore, 3 bicycles for you to use in the garage.

Further important information:

The apartment is non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the balconies. The final cleaning is mandatory. Animals may not be brought.

The house rules are to be observed (notices in the hallway).

The tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival at the keys:
November - April 1,50 EUR (1,05 EUR reduced) per adult per day and
May - October 3.00 EUR (2.10 EUR reduced) per adult per day.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
