Welcome to Estella's Ranch!

Situated just 25 min from the historic city of St. Augustine and 15 min from one of the most beautifully preserved beaches in Florida, Crescent Beach.

We would like to welcome you in our 10 acre estate where you would be able to host your next friends & family retreat in our 4bed/3.5bath house or celebrate your life milestone events in our 2400 sf. barn with its two outdoor ponds and hidden trails throughout the property.

Within this area you will find:
- 3017 s.f. house (4 bed/3.5 bathroom, from which one master bedroom & one in-laws suite)
- Two car garage and enough premises to host up to 30+ cars or your RV.
- Above-ground pool
- Large outdoor kitchen
- Relaxing fire pit.
- 2500 s.f. covered barn
- Two ponds one 3000 s.f. and one 6000 s.f.

Based on the occasion, you would be able to rent each of these areas separately or all together.
- Airbnb daily price includes only the house and its backyard premises
- If you would be interested in hosting an event at the barn there would be an additional fee of $350/hr for the barn only. for a min of 5 hrs.

Note: If you would be interested in inquiring for an event at the house or the barn for a full day please message us as we do offer a special discounted price.

If you book ONLY the House through Airbnb:
You will be able to access the front yard and backyard of the house within its fenced premises. The guest will access the house through the main entry road.

If you book ONLY the Barn through Aibrnb:
You will be able to access the covered Barn space and it's premises. You wont be allowed to access the House premises as the house might be rented by other guests during your event. The house and Barn are separated by forested landscape and you wont be disturbed during your event. The guest will access the barn through the main entry road and continue straight to the barn road.

If you rent the whole Estella's Ranch property:
You will access the House, the Barn and all its surrounding area including the Ponds and forested area.

The property owner is very attentive and responds to any issues immediately. The home was beautiful and very well kept.

Overall my family and I were happy with our stay.

Overall my family and I were happy with our stay. The house was very nice and the kitchen was great. However, the living room floor could have been cleaner. Also, there was only about a half a roll of paper towels and no extra trash bags. I also had to pay a last minute high event fee. There was a communication issue between me and owner (so not all the owners fault) however if the event fee was listed in the details then I would have known all along. Overall our stay was good and would recommend this place to anyone just make sure you understand any fees that might be associated with your particular stay.

Beautiful but deceiving!

Upon arrival the lawn very overgrown, the front screendoor hanging off it's hinges and fowl smell. We entered, the decor was great and the home itself was beautiful, spacious and clean inside. Half the kitchen lights are out, the pots and pans old rusty as are the knives that dont cut butter! No extra linens. There are 4 showers only 1 worked!! The pool water was very low, the filter was broken and the stairs to the pool are rickity. We did use the pool after we cleaned it! Owner was informed stated he would send the pool guys in the morning, they never came. We were not able to enjoy the trails as overgrown too. Property was not kept very well. Overall it was a place to stay.

Disappointing

We stayed as two families with little ones. I’ll start with the good. - Nice furnishings throughout. -No check-out procedure. Just lock-up-n-go. Host was relatively responsive. The bad and deceptive. - We were 8 total. When booking there was an extra person charge. When I asked what that was about the host said they charge for any people above 7. No where was this mentioned in the listing. - We saw the review from May which mentioned a bunch of things that were wrong with the property so I asked the host about them via DM and he assured me they had all been taken care of. However, when we got there, only 2 out of 8 kitchen bulbs were working, which made the kitchen unusable at night. - The grass around the pool is overgrown and needs to be cut - We could not put any trash bags outside because the black trash can was all the way on the street - The pool pump did not run the entire time we were there leaving the pool murky with debris in it by day 2 - The kitchen counter stools all wobble a lot and are unsafe to sit on - The toilet roll holder in the main bathroom is very loose and could come off the wall at any moment - The porcelain tiles in the outdoor grill are broken and unusable - There’s nothing to put the citronella that’s available in. The tiki torches are broken and there’s no wick in the pot and there are A LOT of bugs - There were no extra towels. Overall, place has potential but would not go back.

Great Family Getaway!

We booked Estella’s Ranch for our family weekend getaway and it was perfect! The host, Ergin, was very responsive from initial booking all the way through to check out and made the entire process very easy. The pool was great, the house was clean and well decorated, and the property itself was very spacious and private. We will definitely be back again when we come into town to visit our family! Thank you for a great family getaway!

Nice getaway!

More care needed for outside, grass and weeds needed to be cut leading up to property and around house. Interior was nice, 4th bedroom you had to hunt for, access was a bit unusual.
