"The Best Place to be at the Beach"

You will love the feel of the bright open floor plan and the elegant, beachy decor... from the moment you enter you will feel as though you are sitting on the beach. Enjoy watching the dolphins, sea shelling, swimming and the sun at the beach; or peacefully watch from the windows in the private lanai. You will love waking up each morning to the sounds of the beach and the smell & feel of the warm gulf breezes. Go for a morning walk or jog as the sun rises... have a tropical cocktail as the sun sets...

The condo offers wireless internet access, cable TV and is fully equipped with flat panel TVs, DVD players, ceiling fans, washer & dryer (coin operated) and a covered parking space. The kitchen with white corian countertops is fully equipped with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, glasses, plates, flatware and cookware. The master bedroom has a large window that provides beautiful gulf views, private bathroom (tub & shower) and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed a walk-in closet and bathroom (tub & shower) across the hall. Linens and towels are provided.

Fabulous well groomed beach with lifeguards, picnic tables, BBQs, tennis courts, volleyball nets, a great playground and a well stocked concession stand. Walk to Siesta Key Village where you will find great shops, restaurants and fun entertainment. Enjoy Saturdays at the local farmers market. Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are provided in our private storage unit.

Our full time property manager is on hand to assist you with your stay.

Amazing vacation!

This condo is beautiful, and very well kept. We loved being so close to the public beach. The photos are accurate and the decor is adorable! I LOVED the beach themes! :) We will definitely be back in future years. This is our favorite place to vacation, and now we have a favorite place to stay!

Property was really nice and the price was good. We have stayed in this building before (different unit). Great location! A TV in the second bedroom would be a nice addition. Liz and the property manager were great to work with. Very responsive

Great customer care

The condo was lovely with an amazing view. Clean and nice decor. Easy check in and check out. There was an unforeseen circumstance. I texted the owner - just to let her know about it and she and the property managers went above and took care of the issue even though it wasnt because of them. I appreciate the customer care and will certainly book again when in the area.

Delight after devastation

After two hurricanes had decimated Siesta Key neighborhoods, we enjoyed a week of delightful weather, cleaned up beaches and mid 80 degree weather.The condo had amazing views and was in an excellent location. There is sadly a lot more cleanup to do, but the village area and the main road was fine. The city is working hard to get back on their feet. The people need others to come down and enjoy!

We loved this place!

My only comment is that the bath mat in the front bathroom near the kitchen, seemed old and soiled, and the sheets and pillow cases in the front bedroom seemed thin and worn. Also this bathroom could also have a nightlight plug-in, like the other one did. Some towel hooks on back of bathroom doors would be nice to have/ use. Otherwise, the beds were good, and we would love to come-back for 2 weeks next Feb/ March, so keep us posted!!

Wonderful summer vacation

The listing description is accurate and the listing photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. The condo is in a very good condition, very clean, the kitchen has everything you need in case you want to cook. The condo is within walking distance to Siesta Key village, where there are lots of restaurants and bars. The beach is just across the street. The parking spot was a nice bonus! We loved the time we spent at the condo so much, we decided to come back this summer for two weeks!!!!!! Thank you, Liz (owner) for the availability to answer our questions, for all the details you provided prior to our arrival and for the follow up after the vacation. We are looking forward to get there this summer! All the drive from Ottawa is worth it!!!!!!!

Uncomfortable Siesta

Condo view great!! Beds awful!!!! Hard as a rock, not what I would expect for the money.Toilet paper something you might find at Wal-Mart restroom. No sleep first two nights wondering what the noise was at the front door. When the wind blows and it did, the front door squeaks as if someone is trying to get in, WOW.

Hello Richard We are sorry to hear your bed was uncomfortable. We replaced the mattress and put a new weather strip on the door to eliminate noise and have address the toilet paper with the cleaning service. Thank you for your stay.

Look no further!

You can stop your search right here! Wake up to the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Have your morning coffee while looking at the beautiful water. Wake the kids from the spare nicely decorated bedroom. Grab the beach supplies from the fully stocked storage closet and walk a few feet out the door and you’re at the water. Tired of the beach? Come inside to the beautifully decorated condo and have a bite to eat in the fully stocked kitchen. Ready for a night out? Just head about a mile down the road and you are at the Village. Listen to some live music and have some yummy seafood at the Siesta Key Oyster Bar (my personal favorite). Once you’re done in the village, come back have a great nights sleep, wake up and repeat. The staff at the condo were super nice and accommodating to an early arrival. The property owner was helpful and very responsive to questions. Overall, you can’t go wrong with this condo!

Beautiful View

This is a nice Condo. Beautiful view. Right across the street from the beach and a mile from the village. Easy walking distance. The only problem was the cleaning. We walked into a weird smell. After we opened all the windows and turned on all the ceiling fans it got better. We later found the source of the smell when we went to use the oven mitts were full of cat urine. The oven needs new racks ( they are all rusted) the microwave is rusted inside.( I have never seen that before) The light switches were filthy. ( we bought cleaning supplies and cleaned all of the switches and door handles) The chairs were full of sand. All in all, the condo is nice (could use some updating) but beware of the cleaning. ( we spent two hours cleaning and was told that they do not deep clean until after the busy season is over)

Thank you for your positive comments and we are happy you enjoyed your stay at our condo and beautiful SK. We were surprised to hear comments about cleaning of the condo. We have our condo professionally cleaned after each visit and all of our guests are very happy with the cleaning. In terms of cat urine on oven mitts that are in a drawer??I would not know what that is but we have a no pet policy therefore that is not at all possible. Our onsite property manager is there daily and said you said everything was fine when she saw you each day. If there was any issue whatsoever you should have spoken with her immediately to have it taken care of. Again we are happy you enjoyed your view, and stay.

The place was very clean, location was great.

The bathroom rug looked like it could use a wash. The pillows on the beds could be replaced. Also did not like the laundry situation. Someone was always using the washer and dryer. I think each unit needs their own washer and dryer.

Stunning views

This was exactly what I needed! The complex was perfect, the view - unreal! I had a hard time leaving. I will be back- hopefully for a month next time!
