Outdoor fire pit to cook hotdogs & S’mores. Catch beautiful wildlife walking right through the property (deer, elk, fox, etc.)

Lots to do nearby! 5 min drive to Terrace Lakes Resort for golf, restaurant & year round geothermal heated swimming pool. 10-15 min drive into town for additional restaurants, grocery store, parks, etc. Many miles of hiking/biking and ATV or snowmobile trails all around the area. Heated year round neighborhood pool also. Near Payette River for fishing, floating, and relaxing in the shallower areas. You can also hit the main part of the river for kayaking and rafting.

Just over an hour south to get to Boise area. Little over an hour north to Tamarack resort, Cascade and McCall…. Enjoy year round outdoor activities in all those nearby areas. Multiple hot springs opportunities close by (Rocky Canyon Hot Springs, Kirkham Hot Springs, Gold Fork Hot springs, etc.)
