The Boathouse at Calatagan

Welcome to our piece of paradise!

The Boathouse is located in Coral Shores, an exclusive seaside residential community in the beach town of CALATAGAN.

Wake up to the fresh sea breeze! A leisurely 5to 6-minute walk will take you the sun-kissed shore with clear blue waters.

The Boathouse at Calatagan is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends and enjoy laid-back seaside living. The year-round promise of fun in this serene seaside community is the ultimate tropical experience.

Our rooms can accommodate a maximum of 16 persons. An additional 4 persons can be accommodated in our tent, for an extra charge of P500 per person per night.

We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a convenient stay. Our queen-sized beds are hotel quality to give you a good night's sleep.

Towels and toiletries are provided as standard, and the showers are all equipped with water heaters. A water cooler for filtered water is available in the common kitchen (or as we call it, the Galley).

Built as an eco-friendly home, we hope to reduce the negative environmental impact from our operations. You will find that we have constructed our fences, decks and most furniture from repurposed wooden pallets and recycled wood.

Solar lighting is used extensively, and our rooms are insulated to save energy on cooling. Even our outdoor grillers are made from re-purposed steel drums.

Shampoo and shower gels are in refillable containers, and we encourage you to use the refillable water containers in the rooms, to reduce plastic waste.

You will have access to the entire place, including the pool, kiddie pool, kitchen, outdoor grill (just bring your own charcoal), picnic area, and camping grounds.

Other things to note
All tourists and visitors to Calatagan will be collected a Tourism Ecological Fee of P30 per person, per Calatagan Municipal Ordinance.

There are paths leading to the beach, which is a 5 to 6-minute walk away. During low-tide the water at the beach may be knee-deep up to several hundred meters out. Low tide depends on the time of month/year. You may search online for local tide times.
