Small but nice and tastefully furnished 33sqm apartment

We rent our small but nice and tastefully furnished 33sqm apartment to fair guests, tourists, families and mechanics. The apartment consists of a bedroom (1.80 m double bed) and a living-dining area with beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. The couch in the living room can be folded out. Two more people could sleep on the sofa bed.
The apartment is very cozy and modern. The house is a new building, so the apartment is also in mint condition.
It is located in the development area and therefore the environment is still a bit desolate, because some houses are still in the middle of construction. Even the Navi makes problems for some people! The outdoor area can already be used, but is not yet planted due to the construction site. Nevertheless, we feel our house as a small oasis.

Cologne as well as Dusseldorf are very easy to reach from here. In just 10 minutes walk you reach the nearest bus stop. In 15 minutes walk you reach the train station. From here, the train leaves every half hour and you are in 15-20 minutes in the city center of Cologne. The A1 and A57 motorways as well as A4 are also quite fast to reach. (8 minutes). A parking space for your car is at your disposal.
