Beachfront with a million dollar 180 Degree View of the Gulf

Enjoy the full splendor of Crescent Beach while sitting on the 32-foot lanai that directly faces the Gulf. This is one of the rare condominiums on Crescent Beach that offers this exceptional view from the living room and from "each" bedroom. Hear the waves and see the sunset from this incredible 180-degree front view of the Gulf. After all, Siesta Key is all about the Gulf so why not enjoy a front row seat to this magnificent attraction. Have an evening cocktail on the lanai, watch the spectacular sunset, feel the gulf breeze, make a memory...

Once you visit Siesta Key it is easy to understand how the "baby powder" white sand of Crescent Beach has been acclaimed as one of the most beautiful in the world. This four-mile beach of pure white sand runs gently into the Gulf with a mild surf, making it ideal for safe swimming, walking, jogging, or just sitting back and enjoying the view in a lounge chair (provided free of charge for guests of Crescent Arms).

This center beachfront unit is uniquely designed to provide two bedrooms and two baths that are completely separate and private from each other. Each room enjoys a full view of the Gulf and has individual access to the lanai. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Corian countertops in both bathrooms and kitchen complement this well designed and decorated unit. The lanai as mentioned directly faces the Gulf and runs the full 32-foot length of the condominium. Convenient "covered" parking is also provided. Free WIFI and cable TV. No smoking. No pets, please.

The location on the beach is very convenient. Easy walking to the grocery store, drug store, souvenirs, clothing shops, fine and casual restaurants. The "point of rocks" is also a easy walk. This unusual beach area has the best shells and if you time the tide just right it is like your own private marine land with starfish, sea urchins, etc. Siesta Key village is a short drive or long walk and also has its own unique shopping and restaurants. Rental equipment (bikes, canoes, kayaks, boats, jet skis, etc.) are conveniently available.

Make Siesta Key your vacation destination. We did 30 years ago and we continue to gather our best memories here.

The condo was lovely, clean and had a great view, despite having a screened in porch. We were disappointed that they mentioned laundry but failed to say it wasn’t in unit and you had to pay for it. They also state there is tennis but NO tennis courts.

Had an AMAZING time and loved the location, Frank and Cindy were GREAT!!My personal opinion, mattress and pillows could use an upgrade and need return air vents in the bedrooms so you can keep your door closed for privacy, and it stays cooler.Would love to go back again next year and stay at Frank and Cindy’s.
We rescued 3 baby sea turtles..

Great Vacation!

We love this property. The condo is very nicely laid out. The view is beautiful. As we get older, we make great use of the balcony. Spend a great portion of our time that week relaxing on the balcony after dinner. Our most enjoyable week of the year. Hope to return next year.

Peaceful, Beachy Vibes with Gorgeous Views—A Perfect Family Stay!

Our family had a fantastic week at this Siesta Key property! The condo was clean, cozy, and had the perfect beachy vibe, just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for the week, and the view was absolutely breathtaking.We loved sipping coffee on the lanai in the mornings and winding down with a glass of wine at sunset. The card games in the unit were a fun touch that both the kids and adults enjoyed during our downtime.Cindy was wonderful to work with, very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

Spectacular Views

I cannot say enough good things about this condo!! It has spectacular views and a perfect location. It has everything you need! It was so nice to have some basic essentials provided (dish soap, trash bags, hand soap, dishwasher pods, extra tp, paper towels). It was definitely a huge help for us because we could start enjoying right away and not have to worry about those little things. The kitchen was also great! We had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to be back next summer!

The condo is in a great location and very clean. We had everything we needed for the week we stayed. The view was amazing of the beach and ocean from our lanai. Cindy was wonderful to work with and provided us with detailed communication making the check in process so smooth.

Amazing view and stay once again

Best view on Siesta Key.

We loved our place so much. We always had a great breeze coming into our place. Our owner has everything you could need in our place. So comfortable and very clear instructions. The decor is great, water pressure was good, beds comfortable. You could see everything on the beach in both directions. Loved our stay Miss it already

Always a wonderful place to be!

The hosts are wonderful and very responsive, wanting your stay to be perfect! Great unit, clean and spacious. The oceanfront lanai allows 180 degrees of beach viewing and the perfect spot to watch spectacular sunsets. Our annual vacation spot.

Beautiful and clean condo! Excellent hosts! It looks exactly as pictured... but better! Cindy and Frank take pride in their condo and it shows. It's fully stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your vacation. Everything was exactly as described.

Beautiful View

Condo is exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The view was wonderful. Over rating doesn’t reflect the condo or the hosts. I wasn’t even thinking about Spring Break when I booked and it wasn’t as relaxing as last year when we booked at Crescent Arms. I will be definitely keeping that in mind for next year. I would rent again just at a different time

For an older property the condo was updated, clean and everything worked. The view of the beach from the large balcony is spectacular.Our only criticism is that washer and dryer are not in the unit but down the hall and you need quarters to operate so it is a little inconvenient

Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Location!

This condo has an incredible location. It is as nice as the pictures represent it. If you enjoy the beach, it can't get much better than this. The location is within walking distance to many things and the free trolley will take you to any part of the island you want to get to. All of the folks we met in the building were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Gulf front Lanai

Clean, well appointed condo. Third floor lanai allows the sight & sound of the waves 24 hrs/day. Position on Midnight Pass Rd means easy access to restaurants, shops, and bridge to Rt. 41. Enjoyed every moment of our stay and are returning next year. Thank you for a great vacation condo!

Exceptional Stay

We arrived for a Thanksgiving week with our son and daughter-in-law. What a beautiful location, literally right on the beach! The unit was exactly as described, 3rd floor 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, very clean. The owner provided all necessary towels, kitchen equipment, and cleaning supplies to make our stay enjoyable. Sieste Key Beach and Restaurants and downtown stores were all open despite Hurricane Milton making landfall just 6 weeks prior to our stay. We had an absolutely amazing vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
