A grocer for daily needs is within walking distance of 250m. 15-30 minutes by car to the beaches of Grömitz, Dahme, Kellenhusen, Weissenhaus, Hohwacht, Timmendorf and Fehmarn.

The property captivates with the charm of its more than 200 year old history. The rooms are decorated with exposed half-timbering. A large vestibule with a cloakroom leads to the guest toilet on the left and the adjoining spacious shower room. The other rooms of Kate open up around the spacious hall in the center of the house. From here, on the right side, there is a beautiful guest room with four beds, as well as a room further the kitchen area.
The dining area, from which another small children's bedroom with a bunk bed leads, is in the rear part of the house. From the dining room there is a breathtaking unobstructed view over the adjacent fields to the horizon.
On the left side you get into the spacious living area with a cozy fireplace. From here you can reach another bedroom with a double bed.

Guests have access to all rooms of the main house and the barn, as well as to all areas of the almost 3000 square meter property.
