Xeriscaped backyard feels spa-like with a fire pit, cold/hot-tub looking out to a ranch. $125 Pet fee, per pet, per stay once approved.

The Space:
Living room has a black & white modern Southwest Tx vibe (with comfy pull out couch). Contrasted into an elegant French themed kitchen/dining room. Dining area has gold chargers, flatware, chairs that match. All the trim in the kitchen is gold/brass (sink, fixtures, backsplash, flooring) up against blue cabinets. Stainless steel Samsung smart appliances & google mini. Master retreat has live plants, huge tv, walk in closet, & Mexico themed decor. Master bath has dual shower heads & a private tankless water heater for immediate and eternal hot water. Back patio boasts a private hot tub looking to no back neighbors, xeriscaped landscaping along with a fire pit seating atea. Guests have access to a Big Green egg with torch starter, for quick BBQing & pizza making.

Guest Access:
Individual code given to each guests for self check in at anytime after 3pm. Ask for pool access before booking to ensure that it is open.

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to community pool. Conveniently located near H-E-B, Lackland, Fiesta Texas, Seaworld and all the shopping you could ask for

Getting Around:
World's largest grocery store HEB just 8 minute drive. Six flags theme park and water park, next to La Cantera shopping right up the road. Going the other way you are 15-20 minutes from Sea World too!
