Nestled on a little hilltop with breathtaking views of Prescott’s scenic beauty, Boulder Cabin offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Just a 5-minute drive from historic downtown Prescott, you’ll have easy access to charming shops, delightful dining options, and the iconic Whiskey Row. Craving outdoor fun? Watson Lake is only 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy hiking, kayaking, and more recreational activities!

The backyard is made for unforgettable moments—soak in the private 6-person hot tub, gather around the custom-built fire pit, fire up the grill, and enjoy the ample outdoor seating. Start your mornings on the front patio with a cup of coffee or tea while soaking in gorgeous mountain views. Inside, the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings is perfect for unwinding, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll sleep comfortably in one of two king-sized beds. There’s also a cozy queen bed and a rollaway twin for additional guests. The outdoor fire pit is available for cozy evenings under the stars (subject to Yavapai County fire restrictions). Firewood is complimentary and provided for the duration of your stay.

Boulder Cabin is conveniently located less than 5 miles from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and makes a perfect home base for day trips to other Arizona gems like Jerome, Sedona, Flagstaff, and even the Grand Canyon. With Prescott’s four-season weather, there’s always something to enjoy year-round.

*******PLEASE NOTE***** Must be 25 years or older to book. There are 4 exterior cameras directed at all points of entrance, for the safety and security of our guests and property.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE DRIVEWAY AT BOULDER CABIN***
For parking, we offer a covered carport at the top of the driveway, ideal for smaller vehicles. Larger vehicles, like SUVs or trucks, will find two convenient spots at the bottom of the driveway due to its steep slope. Please be aware that the driveway is VERY steep.

***PET POLICY***
While we love pets, they are not allowed at this property. If we are made aware of a pet on the property and it was not communicated to us before the reservation we will automatically charge a $500 fee upon check out.

This was my very first time ever renting an Vrbo and I was so nervous about it but the owner of this home is so professional and responded quickly to any questions I had plus kept me informed along the way. The home itself is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown attractions. This home is Very well maintained, exceptionally clean, home decor was very nice and looks so adorable. The owner has thought of everything you may need for your stay which was so nice! I Highly recommend this home and will stay here again next time I am in the area!

Hosts thought of everything

Beyond beautiful. This cabin envelopes you in modern luxury - nice linens, custom bedding, mattress you sink into, design and decor, warmth, lighting, and a hot tub experience is truly restorative … but these details do not, in any way, take away from the rustic experience that you’re looking for with a cabin stay. The hosts have thought of everything. I mean EVERYTHING. If you enjoy staying in, making home-cooked meals for your tribe and cozying up by a fireplace, this is your home away from home. Our only hangups - the exterior cameras (we’re very private people, and seeing cameras upon arrival is a bit off-putting - though we do understand the necessity of protecting your investment.) And the driveway. Big vehicles are problematic, and street parking is non-existent. (We’re young, and traveling alone so NBD. But if we had disabled or elderly folk in our party, this wouldn’t have been ideal.) Five stars for this property, despite the cameras and parking. The hosts were kind, gracious and communicative. We will be back!!

Clean and Convenient

Downstairs bedroom with nearby bathroom was perfect for Grandma. The upstairs king was so comfy we ordered one when we got home!

Great property

We enjoyed our stay this weekend. The house is kept very clean. The backyard and spa had a very relaxing atmosphere. Great communication from the manager. Would highly recommend for a place to stay when in Prescott.

Cozy Home

Took our daughter to college and we wanted to stay a few extra days. We picked this house because it looked nice and the hot tub. Man… we are so glad we did. This home had everything we needed, very clean , easy check in and out. The host was great to work with. The back yard was our favorite part. Just beautiful and peaceful. Will stay here again

Beautiful Stay

The house is absolutely amazing and beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is included. My truck didn’t fit under the carport which is at the top but our regular sized Tundra fit for the most part. There was a spot to park at the bottom of the driveway which worked great. Neighborhood is very clean and hardly any noise. Would defiantly stay again.

Great Place!

Our family of 4 all loved the Boulder Cabin! It was clean, comfortable and had all the extras you would ever want. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen complete with a ton of different spices. All of the beds were comfortable and had really soft, high quality linens. The back yard hot tub and fire pit were relaxing. The cabin’s proximity to town and grocery stores was perfect. Also, Prescott is a great base camp for visits to Sedona, Flagstaff and The Grand Canyon. This place was perfect! Many thanks to the host!

1000% recommended. Close to downtown, and reasonably priced. They have everything you need. Beautiful home. Parking a large vehicle can be difficult.

Simply the Best!

The Cozy Boulder Cabin was fantastic for our group of 6 ladies. There was plenty of space for relaxing and chatting, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. We all agreed that the beds were super comfy! The outdoor spaces looked fantastic although the weather didn't cooperate for us to use them - the hot tub was an added bonus for us to soothe our sore muscles after exploring/hiking the areas from Jerome to Sedona and even up to the Grand Canyon! Very easy and convenient to many locations. We couldn't think of one thing that needs to be improved.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

I'm really not exaggerating when I say this was the perfect house for our trip. First, It was absolutely adorable with a great view off the front porch. Second, it had a variety of amenities well-suited to spending the weekend relaxing with my friends - well-stocked kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, games, and a smart tv! Finally, it was within a couple miles from everywhere we needed to be. ~3 miles from the zoo, .5 miles from a walmart, and 2-3 miles from downtown. The host was also very kind, helpful, and responsive! This was one of the best experiences I've ever had using this website (or any other sites tbh).

House has Everything

This home has everything your looking for: 3 bedrooms 2 baths living space outdoor living space Hot Tub Good area and location Etc. We really enjoyed our stay One word of caution is the driveway, rather steep but there is parking by the street. Our party really enjoyed the stay and would go back!
