Beachfront on world-famous Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, Reef Pearl is a lovely 3-bedroom beach house that offers many amenities, including a private pool and world-famous Grace Bay Beach.


Reef Pearl is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront villa in the Turtle Cove area of Grace Bay Beach, which will accommodate a party of 9 or fewer (including babies and children). With a private pool, pristine beach, comfortable seating, and a location just a short walk to 5 restaurants and Turtle Cove Marina, Reef Pearl is an extraordinary place! Enjoy the multiple amenities of this Caribbean villa. The villa is divided into two units: a one-bedroom apartment on the beach level, complete with a kitchen and living room, pool table, and a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This lower level is included only if you book the full, three-bedroom option, which is required for groups of 5-9 guests.


Upstairs offers a two-bedroom accommodation, which is accessed by an exterior staircase. The upstairs has a large inviting living room, a furnished kitchen, a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed that can also be split into two twins with an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs enjoys a lovely wrap-around porch with beautiful turquoise views of Grace Bay!


**Payment Terms:

At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Please note: We do not accept credit cards for the full rental amount.



Notes:

• Private pool, BBQ grill, two kayaks, a pool table, beautifully manicured lush grounds, pristine Grace Bay Beach, and a gated private driveway.

• Guests will receive final instructions with directions to the villa, and a property manager will meet them at the estate for a short orientation.

• Turtle Cove is a walkable neighborhood with six restaurants and many excursions departing from the marina.

• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given an AC allotment of $150 per week; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.

• A rental car is the best means of transportation for reaching the grocery store, other restaurants, etc.

• Please note​ this property is typically offered in one-week​ blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel, and we will see if we can make it happen!
