The home was super clean. The host replied promptly to all questions. The location to snow tubing for the kids was perfect. Kitchen and all rooms were well stocked. Plenty of towels for the baths. I have stayed at a lot of places and this one was one of the best.

The residence was exceptionally spacious and well-maintained. Upon entering, it exuded a welcoming, family-oriented ambiance. Great house in a great location. It was close to everything in Massanutten and a convenient drive from Shenandoah and Luray Caverns. Would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in this area. House was very clean and the check-in process could not have been any easier.

Very nice home in a great location. Plenty of resort activities and day trips to keep us busy. The kitchen was well equipped. The basement is unfinished, but our kids enjoyed playing down there.

Was in town for a fundraiser event and it was so nice to have a quiet and clean home to come to. All sort of amenities in the home that made it the perfect touch. The hosts are super nice and we look forward to making this our permanent location to rent as we have more family activities in the area through the future years.

We had a wonderful winter stay at this property! The highlight was definitely the backyard; the evening ambiance with the lights and trees made for a perfect hot tub experience, and we even saw deer walking through the woods right behind the house.The ProsWinter Readiness: We got about 8 inches of snow during our stay, and the owner was incredibly proactive, paying for someone to plow the driveway and clear the outside stairs. Since the driveway is flat, getting in and out was a breeze even with the ice.Indoor Entertainment: The basement was a lifesaver for escaping the cold. Between the tabletop games and the open space on the basement, there was plenty of indoor space for kids to play. My son especially loved the PlayStation in the bunk bed room. There was great selection of games provided.Beds: While mattresses are subjective, the king bed was very comfortable and had a soft foam topper.Things to Note:Mattress Firmness: As someone who is 5'11" and 170 lbs, I found the queen bed and bunk beds a bit too firm for my liking. If you prefer a medium-to-soft mattress, those rooms might be a bit stiff.Furniture: The cushions on the dining chairs and the main living room couch are starting to show their age and could likely use a refresh.Trash Policy: Just a heads-up for future guests: you are responsible for hauling your own trash to the HOA dumpsters, otherwise, there is a 50 fee.Overall, the hostā€™s communication and the outdoor setting made this a great trip!

Perfect Location

Your house is one of our favorites in the resort. This was our seventh trip to Massanutten and we will definitely be back to your home. We really enjoyed walking our dogs in your quiet neighborhood, watching the deer from the hot tub and swimming at the community pool. So much to do here and a lot of fun. We especially appreciated the use of your garage to park our car and keep it out of the weather and tree limbs. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

We had a great time, parents weekend was great and this house was an added addition! We usually stay in town with the hustle and bustle, but it was great to go back to the mountain and relax! The house was a great fit for our little group!

Great House - Great Property - Great Stay!

We have five kiddos ranging from 17 to 7 and everyone had an amazing stay here! It was a nice, clean property and the hot tube was awesome. Having access to the MOA pool was a huge benefit as well. Beautiful location within Massanutten!

Perfect spot

Everything was great. Fit out 3 families perfectly. Room for the kids to play. Less than 5 minutes from the store, ski slopes and lodge. Only downside was the downstairs was too cold to take advantage of. But we will be sure to stay again

Great place to stay!

House was really nice and the perfect spot for a weekend of mountain biking at Massanutten! Great layout and perfect for a long weekend trip for ā€œthe guysā€. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. Bedrooms were great and the hot tub was a HUGE bonus for an otherwise great place.

Perfect getaway

My daughter, husband, beagle and I visited here to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The house was perfect. So comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. We felt right at home. Communication was wonderful with the owners. Massanutten had lots to offer and we had a wonderful time. Thanks so much for sharing your home. I've already recommended it to a few friends and coworkers as a perfect getaway.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights! Checking in and out was seamless. Hot tub & game room were fun for us and the kids! Close to resort activities. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Beds were super comfortable!! We would go back. Only things Iā€™d recommend to the owner are: clear checkout instructions (had everything else listed), rug in the living area (table kept sliding around.), and a fire pit (we almost bought one to leave there).

Mountain Gem

This Massanutten property is equally beautiful inside and outside! Complete with a game room, PS4, new appliances, super comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen, this home is nestled in the woods with a brook out front and a hot tub under the stars out back. The hosts were very responsive and happy to accommodate our group! We would highly recommend this home and hope to return again since our daughter is a student at JMU!

This property is perfect for a group of 10 or less and comes with most everything you need to live, cook, eat, and relax without having to pack your entire house up and bring it with you. The house is located towards the top of the mountain which is close to the ski lift, restaurant, golf course, and other amenities. The driveway is also flat which works out really well in the winter. Itā€™s almost guaranteed to see a few deer while you are relaxing from the back deck.
