This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 baths, 4 beds home is perfect for you to have an amazing time in the town with your family and/or friends! There are 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has a king bed, the other one has 1 queen bed and the third one has a bunk bed which has a full and twin bed!

We are located just 2 minutes from Anclote Park which is a popular destination for its beach, fishing pier, excellent boat ramp and picnic pavilions for outdoor gatherings and 8 minutes from Tarpon Springs also known as the “sponge capital of the world,” it’s Greek heritage, you can enjoy great food, catch live entertainment, take a boat cruise, visit the sponge docks, aquarium and so much more. You can also enjoy Fred Howard Park which it’s only 15 minutes away it’s location provides access to the Gulf by a 1-mile long causeway. The white sandy beach is a popular swim area and also provides a perfect location to view spectacular sunsets.

Very nicely decorated, conveniently located property.

Over all wonderful experience, very nice house, comfortable, with all the conveniences of home. Very close to the Sponge docks and area attractions.

Great location! Near parks, trails, restaurants....close to everything and nice neighborhood. Plenty of room, very clean and the available games were great for family down time.

Fun place for our family with teens!

Clean and spacious with plenty of games to play and a big comfortable couch and large TV. Easy to communicate with the owner.

Tarpon Springs

The home looked exactly like it was advertised on VRBO. We loved this area, as it was very close to three different county parks with beautiful wide walking/bike paths, the Anclote River and Gulf of Mexico and a lot of wildlife. It was only a 5 minute drive to the Sponge docks and downtown Tarpon Springs and maybe 15 minute to Howards Beach. The owner has stocked the home with all of the essentials including charcoal, laundry and dish soap and asked at least twice during our stay if we needed anything.

Tropical Beach House

The duplex was very clean, the mattresses very comfortable and it had many amenities. The host was always very prompt in getting back to us, very pleasant and took very good care of us! All in all it was a very pleasant stay. The “tropical beach house” was a bit misleading as it wasn’t close to a beach neither was it a house but an upper duplex. The stairs were a bit challenging taking heavy suitcases up and down. But as I said, the hosts were very accommodating, easy to work with and the place was very clean.

Anclote Keys

When I booked, I did not know that the neighborhood was a little shady looking. When I first pulled into driveway, I thought we were at the wrong address. The yard was a mess and very unappealing with grass at least a foot tall in the back yard and no landscaping at all anywhere. There was also dog poop along the driveway, which was not appeasing or appealing at all! Secondly, there was a flight of 17 stairs to get to the living quarters. Although I have no disability, I was not excited to carry my luggage and coolers and other belongings up all those stairs. If I had any special needs, I would have had difficulty getting up those stairs! The living quarters was spacious and clean and met our needs while we were there, but I definitely would not rent this house again or recommend it to anyone.

Good value for the money

Communication with the host was outstanding. She always responded to my questions or needs immediately and even surprised me with cute coffee mugs and dish towels for when my friends arrived. I felt the listing could have been more accurate. I was unaware there were 17 steps up to the unit which made it difficult for me (alone) to unload my entire car for a 2 month stay. Also, I like to rent a home with games and this home had air hockey, darts, ping pong & basketball. I was unaware that all of these games were in the main living area and not in a separate lower level. Lastly, there is an outside area with table & chairs, but the flooring is wood with splinters so I definitely would not walk out there barefoot. As far as the area, your close to a road where people drive way too fast so when you're sitting outside it can be distracting. I don't want to be terribly critical but these are the things that I was not pleased with. Again, for the cost of this rental I was able to spend 2 months in Florida, close to beaches and many tourist attractions.

We enjoyed our stay!!

The place was very clean and nicely remodeled. All the games were great for the kids and adults . It is. Very close to beaches and attractions along with stores to shop. The host was great and was always available for if we needed anything or had any questions . I would recommend this place for sure .
