This is a stunning new beachfront home set on 100 feet of private beach in West Beach, Gulf Shores. Featuring 9 beachfront bedrooms, 9 full baths, and 2 half baths, this spacious retreat is designed for relaxation and luxury. With a private beachfront pool (heatable from October to May for $60 per day), an elevator, and custom touches throughout, this home offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway.

Designed for Comfort & Gathering
All three levels feature spacious living areas and private beachfront bedrooms, each with a private bath and beachfront balcony. The home boasts spectacular views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, as this quiet stretch of beach has only one row of beachfront homes, with another row of homes across the road along the lagoon.

Southern Holiday

This home was great for our group of 16 people. The ammenities were fantastic. The pool a nice size for all to cool off and the beach access was great. The kitchen was well outfitted for any cooking or baking activity. It's close enough to town but far enough away as well. We highly recommend this home for your family gathering.

Amazing.

Family spring break trip 2023 . 22 family members, ranging in age from 6 months old to 78 years old met at this amazing beachfront home for spring break . Plenty of room for everyone and right on the beach. Appliances are top of the line. The elevator is a life saver. I can't think of anything negative to say about the entire house. You will not be disappointed.

Annual Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going on annual beach trips for over 10 years now in Panama City. After having no luck finding a bigger home to fit our group in the area we started looking elsewhere. I found a house we loved on GSVR, but it was booked. I called and they were super helpful and told me about Southern Holiday that would be completed by this summer. This house was an absolute dream! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was so well stocked, and the extra sinks/dishwashers made cleaning for a big group so much easier. We had a few problems and as soon as we called someone was sent over to fix it. The beach was not crowded and so peaceful. I cannot say enough good things about the house, area, and GSVR. We are already booked for next year and cannot wait to come back!

2nd experience

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This year was much different. Knowing we try to schedule this place for same season and typically week every year, the construction was very distracting for what we hoped for a quiet ministry trip.We had no clue people were going to be over do work to property, also the washers were having trouble. Leaking on ceiling, through first floor, then a step was so damaged that we had an attendee fall and skin her knee, twist her ankle. The carpet was just pieces together scattering everywhere you walked on it and not taped down. Safety was not up to par for cost It just wasn’t up to the par of cleanly either. The cost of these fees and cleaning really needs to be dropped lower as it is not worth 700.

We hate that you did not enjoy your second stay at this house. We too were disappointed by it, and surprised to NOW hear that the cleaning wasn't up to par or washers had issues. Items that surely would have been reported during the discussions while you were here, but it appears that the real issue is that the owners of the house next door had some construction or updates that neither you nor we expected. That inconvenience appears to have led to the identification of a number of in-house issues that were not mentioned when we spoke about the landscaper who unexpectedly (for us too) coming to pop in a replacement palm tree on the street side where there are no porches and no one was blocked for coming or going. We do try to keep all work away from the house--he should have asked us, and incorrectly guessed that it would not be an issue. We sincerely apologized but did not feel the quick palm tree install, the issue you reported, merited nights refunded. The stair showed no sign of damage before arrival and was repaired following the damage during your stay. The patterned carpet normally stays in place very well, it appears to have been pulled apart when the furniture was dragged to different locations.

Great Huge House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Huge, incredible house directly on a quiet stretch of west end beach. The house was way bigger than we needed but everyone spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped with most anything we needed. There was even a large undercounter icemaker at the beverage counter!

Family trip to "Southern Holiday"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience at Southern Holiday. There were 28 members of our family, ranging from age 79 to 7 months and we stayed for 7 nights. This home was beautiful, very comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials (and many non-essentials) to make all of our meals and stay very comfortably. There was ample storage space, 3 dishwashers, 3 refrigerators (on the 1st floor) and the home was so roomy and open. There were washing machines on every level, TV's and living areas on every level as well as all the bedrooms. With 28 people, including 16 kids, it was never crowded and there were plenty of places to go to if you wanted some privacy. The pool was nice, there were plenty of outdoor chairs and tables, and the convenience of walking right down the deck to the beach was awesome. Although it was spring break, the beach in front of our house was never crowded (really just our crew and a few passers by). We will definitely go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was better than the pictures. Every bedroom has a beach view and the beach view on this trip was breathtaking. Calm ocean, cranes, dolphins and a shark. This house had everything and then some in the kitchen, laundry rooms and living areas. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Located close to everything, but far enough away for the peace and quiet you want on a vacation. We'll be staying here again.
