This duplex unit features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a half bath attached to the primary bedroom. It is conveniently located near the North Charleston Coliseum and PAC, CHS airport, I-526 and I-26. This central location is great for getting around the Charleston area. Within 15 minute drives, you can be in downtown, West Ashley, Park Circle, Daniel Island, or Summerville.

Pets welcome! No large breed restrictions. Fully fenced backyard, waste bags and food dishes provided.

*While the home is located in a desirable neighborhood and convenient to many area attractions, it does back up to a main road. The back bedroom is equipped with light and noise reduction curtains.

The house was very clean, exactly as described, and thoughtfully put together. It was also well equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay more comfortable. The only downside is the location—it backs up to a busy street and is right next to the airport. For light sleepers, this might not be the best choice, as traffic, planes, and loud neighbors made it a rough stay for us. That said, if noise isn’t an issue for you, the property itself is lovely, well cared for, and stocked with all the essentials.

Clean space and kind owners. I have been going to Charleston multiple times a year for the past decade. This is the second place in past 10 years that I would stay at again.

Mom/daughter getaway

The cottage was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay there again when the opportunity arises. Perfect location - close to downtown Charleston and to Mount Pleasant as well. The only thing that we noticed as a drawback was the loudness of the traffic when out on the back patio. Otherwise everything was excellent! Rosi the property manager was very responsive and quick to remedy anything if we had needed something done. I am sensitive to smells and the air smelled strongly. It was a pleasant smell but too strong for me. Rosi brought an air purifier over right away and that helped a lot. Thank you for a great place to stay and the extras like bottles of water and q tips in the bathrooms were awesome additions!

Delightful house

They thought of everything you could potentially forget. We traveled with a 70 lb dog who absolutely adored the back, fenced in yard.

Everything you’d need

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Communication was excellent from booking to instructions getting into the house to all the amenities provided with the house. Nice neighborhood really close to the airport, and surprisingly very little airplane noise. The road behind the house was noisy but that was disclosed in the listing and the owner provided a sound machine to help at night. The house was immaculate with thoughtful touches throughout including games, coolers, Charleston travel guides, beach towels, first aid kit, toiletries and plenty of storage for all our stuff. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great House!

Very clean- professionally maintained

Really enjoyed this property when my friends and I were in town for a music festival in North Charleston. Place was very clean, well stocked, and communication was great. Was nice to be able to use the laundry as well. Dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard.Only comment is that the main road behind the property can be loud all night, but they provided a noise machine in the master which was a nice touch and we deifinatly used it.Would reccomend!

Charming cottage.

The communication with the manager was excellent from booking to check-in and while there. The cottage was in a great location.It was sparkling clean , spacious rooms, and we were provided with so many things to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Very clean, very thoughtfully-equipped home!

The house was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. It felt very roomy and it was nice that there were so many large closets, so that we could put our things away.The house was exceptionally well furnished, the owner included anything you would need. There were toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot anything. In the kitchen there was a keurig as well as a coffeemaker, and she had left both kinds of coffee, which is so thoughtful. There were games in the living room and a water dish and mat for the dog.The location was very convenient, it was a close and easy drive to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. We were tired one night, and found a BBQ restaurant (Jim 'N Nicks Bar-B-Q) that had a drive-up, only a few minutes away,so that was very convenient, there were also lots of stores and places to eat in that area.The only negative is that the road behind the house is a bit noisy, however the owner was upfront with this in the listing, so it wasn't a surprise and is certainly not within her control.The neighbors in the house next door were a bit loud, but again, that is not within her control, and the rest of the neighborhood was very nice and we felt very comfortable taking our dog for walks in the neighborhood. If we return to the area, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this home and give it a well-deserved 5 star rating!

Great place!

We loved our stay. Very clean and comfortable and when I needed a safety pin I found a basket in in the linen closet, full of items you might have forgotten or needed unexpectedly. Such a great touch!

Very nice!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us and our dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The rental was clean and very cozy. The dogs really enjoyed running off energy in the fenced in yard.

Charleston trip

House was centrally located and within a 40 min drive to any of the key points the Charleston area has to offer. The host supplied everything and anything i could have ever asked for including coffee and creamer, dog bowls to ear plugs. Fenced in yard was great for our pups.

Perfect space for our family to visit.

We came to Charleston to enjoy the Feminist Magic Market with our grandaughter. This unit is very clean, very comfortable and a very convenient location. Our host had many small details that added a welcoming environment. Great kitchen with everything you might need. We cooked several meals so that was perfect. Hope we can stay there agsin.
