Walk in to the soothing warmth of The Birches, a freshly renovated home, styled from top to bottom by a talented Vermont architect and designer! Perfectly located for ease and convenience, just off the Mountain Road between the quaint New England village of Stowe and the legendary Stowe Mountain Resort. Premium linens, gourmet kitchen, comfortable living spaces - great for gathering - all a stone's throw from skiing, biking, breweries, hiking, foliage, shops, restaurants and the Alchemist.

This house is owned by a couple who love to travel. They renovated this home for you and included everything they love about great vacation rentals.

The living area on the first floor of this Birch Hill retreat is open to the kitchen and dining room with views of the woods in summer and mountains after the leaves fall. A deck with seating and a gas grill is just off of the dining area. A mudroom with a place to store gear, a gourmet kitchen, guest bathroom, laundry and a master suite with walk-in shower are all on the first floor. Upstairs two additional bedrooms await, with a shared hall bath. The "bunk room" is comfortable for adults or children, with one queen bed and a set of bunks. The "guest room" has a queen bed as well. The lower level lounge has toys for the kids, a fussball table and large Smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite cable channels on YouTubeTV or log in to your own streaming platforms. The lounge level opens to access the back yard where you can enjoy wooded views from the convertible picnic table. An attached garage has space for bikes and gear.

Brand new to Vrbo in the Summer of 2022, The Birches has been welcoming new and returning guests since 2017.

As always, the comfort, well being and safety of our guests is our top priority.

We have implemented enhanced procedures based on guidelines and recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) and the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP).

Properties are cleaned and sanitized using disinfecting products approved by the EPA.

Linens and bedding, shower curtains and liners are professionally laundered at high temperatures for proper cleaning and sanitization.

Frequent use items such as light switches, door knobs, stair railings, telephones, remote controls, appliances, toilets, faucets, hangers, touch screens, and lock boxes are treated with disinfectant products.
