The house is two story building
The whole family or group will be safe and comfortable in this spacious and unique space.

There are 3 different living rooms/ areas- Family living area, Special living area,and Private living Area.
The Dinning Room is located behind the Private living area, giving a beautiful scene with the foyer.
The space
The family room, The Special Living room , The Dining , The Home Office, The laundry room, and The Kitchen are all located on the ground floor. (first floor. USA)
There is one bedroom on ground floor and the remaining four bedrooms are on the first floor(second floor U.S.A.) The private living area and the make-up room are also located on the first floor. (second floor. USA)
Guest access
The whole house including the compound belongs to the guest and can access every part of the house.
Other things to note
Wi-Fi is MTN 5G High speed Fiber-optic cable, suitable for working from home.

The Electricity and Internet are prepaid on this property.

10% of your payment will be used for utilities ( Electricity &Wifi data). Any additional costs will be incurred by the guest.
There are 13 AC units available for guest cooling comfort.
Electricity is very expensive in Ghana and we recommend guest to manage the use of the AC to save electricity to be able to stay within the 10% set limit. Guests are encouraged to turn off the AC when leaving the house.

Please be informed that any additional cost will be Guest responsibility.

Guests are advised to turn lights and air conditions off when not in the room or in the house
