Hello! We are excited to have you! This is our family home that we would like to share with other large groups or families gathering in College Station. PERFECT house for football games, parents weekend, graduations, wedding showers, or family birthday celebrations! You’ll find the spacious layout and backyard area to be inviting and relaxing.

The home has an open, farmhouse layout with the kitchen, dining, and living areas as one large space. The kitchen is equipped with full sized double ovens and 8 gas burners. Kitchen also includes built-in refrigerator and nugget ice machine. The freezer is separate and is located in the garage. Dining table seats 8 with 5 more seats at the island. Kitchen is equipped with standard pots, pans, and utensils. Basic dishes and drinkware will be provided as well.

There are 6 bedrooms. Four bedrooms are downstairs and 2 are upstairs.

Master Bedroom (downstairs): King bed with on-suite bath including double vanities and an oversized walk thru shower with rain heads. 70” television included in this bedroom.

This house is a great place to entertain! The living room has an 83” television and sound system. Most bedrooms have televisions with app capabilities. Outdoor kitchen includes gas grill and Blackstone.

The backyard features a beautiful, oversized pool with waterfalls, grotto, jump rock and slide. The hot tub comfortably seats 10 adults. All guests swim at their own risk. There is no lifeguard available. Tanning ledges and loungers are available as well. Enjoy a game of washers or cornhole! ***Pool can be heated November-February for an additional $1500. Must be paid through customized booking request and ahead of stay.***

House Rules:
We ask all guests to respect our neighbors and control noise levels.

Outside pets will be considered with an additional, non-refundable deposit.

The garage will not be available for parking.

Small events allowed with written approval and fee.

We ask guests to remember this is our family home. Our personal belongings will still be in the home. Additionally, our home is furnished for our every day living. The home will be clean and sanitized for your stay. However, you should not expect extravagant furnishings, linens, and towels. Please be respectful of closet and pantry areas. Space will be provided for your personal items as well.
