We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home.

Westminster, located on the Denver-Boulder corridor, is the perfect destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike. With easy access from both metropolitan areas, this vibrant town offers plenty of attractions to explore.

The Butterfly Pavilion is a must-visit destination, home to over 1,600 free-flying butterflies, including rare and endangered species. It's a favorite among families and nature lovers. For some family-friendly fun, head to Adventure Golf & Raceway, where you can play a round of miniature golf or race around in go-karts.

If you're looking for outdoor adventure, Stanley Lake Regional Park is the place to be. This stunning park offers excellent hiking, camping, kayaking, fishing, and wildlife watching opportunities. Stanley Lake is also the third-largest reservoir in the Denver metro area and is regularly stocked with a variety of fish species, including walleye, bass, and trout. Keep an eye out for bald eagles, raptors, coyotes, red foxes, burrowing owls, and mule deer during your visit.

MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor of this spacious Bohemian home boasts a renovated kitchen, a living room, dining room, and a half bathroom. The living room features a full-size couch, and a flat screen TV with streaming options.

The kitchen is roomy enough for a family or group to cook and dine together with a dining table, chairs, and stools for the kitchen island.

UPSTAIRS:
The master suite on this level is spacious and includes a king size bed, a dresser, nightstands, a huge walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a separate vanity and sink area from the shower/tub combo and toilet.

Bedroom #2, designed for children, is located just off the master bedroom or accessed via a back staircase, and features a twin over full bunk bed, a play tent, a pack n play, and ample play space.

Bedrooms #3 and #4 each have a king-size bed, a closet, nightstands, and black-out curtains.

The hallway bathroom on this floor includes a shower/tub combo, toilet, and sink, with toiletries provided.

DOWNSTAIRS:
The downstairs living area features a dartboard, foosball table, board games, and a flat-screen TV.

This area also has another half bath and a laundry room, with detergent, an iron, and an ironing board provided.

Bedroom #5 is located in the basement and includes two twin-size beds, a closet, and nightstands.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

The spacious outdoor area includes a fire pit for making s'mores and a grill for cooking up delicious meals. Please note the patio furniture will be put into storage for the snowy winter months.

There is parking in the garage for two cars, and ample driveway and street parking.

Just minutes from Denver Metro’s main highways, you will have quick and easy access to Downtown Denver, Downtown Boulder as well as the foothills and mountains. Hit the links at nearby Legacy Ridge Golf Course or catch a concert at the 1st Bank Center. This spot is the perfect jumping off point for your adventures.

Please note, the fireplace is decorative only and not functional due to fire safety. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a minimum $500 fine.
