The views were beautiful! The condo was clean and we loved the master bathroom! The bed in the master was not comfortable at all the sheets were very thin. The couch was very comfy though! Over all the condo worked great for our family of 3!

Love the Grand Panama!

We love this property, it’s the only place we’ve stayed for the last several years. The pools/hot tubs are awesome and the proximity to everything in PCB is unmatched.

Love it here

This was our second stay in this condo. We love it. It has the best view. It is always very clean. The only complaint we had is that the first bedroom's tv channel could not be changed from sports. Other than that it was great.

Great location- beautiful view!

We were in town for a race event and this location was perfect. The unit overlooked the beautiful beach/water. The only negatives were the amount of towels in the unit- we could have used a few more and the bed was a bit soft/saggy and squeaky on one side. It probably needs to be replaced. But it was comfortable none the less.

Terrible stay

I will not book with Vacasa/VRBO again. The smoke detector went off constantly throughout our stay and Vacasa did nothing about the situation.

Nice condo in great location.

We had a nice time in this beachfront unit. The only recommendation we woukd make is to include some blankets with the bedding. Only thin sheets provided. The dishes in the cabinet were not as clean as they should have been ... they should have been cleaned better. For a high rise condo, elevators were fast and were not crowded, which was great. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Spring Break Trip

Property was as described. King size bed was firm for those who like that. I didn’t sleep well because of it and the bedding was thin. It would have been nice to have an actual comforter. Other wise clean except the table outside by the couch was really sticky and not cleaned. No closet in master bedroom to hang clothes. We did enjoy our stay for the most part.

Overall the condo is nice & I would stay here again. Loved the view & the couch on the balcony. They could use some better linens… bring a blanket because the comforters are paper thin. Other than that my only complaint/biggest complaint is I requested an early check in because we were only staying 3 nights. No one ever responded to my request until over a week after we checked out… i received a phone call the day before check in to confirm & I asked again at that time if early check in was possible I was told they couldn’t guarantee but I could check around 2 & may could get in (depending on housekeeping). We arrived around 1:30 PM, checked door around 2 & actually saw housekeeping leaving… tried code & it didn’t work. It didn’t let us in until 4 so we did not get any beach time that first day at all unfortunately.

Great views

Condo was good for 4 people. Views off balcony were amazing. Master bedroom was small and no closet. Kitchen had what we needed, surprised there was not salt/pepper, or coffee filters. Several of the outlets did not work. Our TV was broken but had good service getting it fixed quickly. Property was nice, loved the beach service, $45 a day. Beware of parking!! First two levels under construction, leaving little spots. Our car was towed due to being in a 15 min spot but nowhere else to park, and we had already paid $50 for parking! Overall not the best and very disappointed we didn’t get a phone call about our car allowing us to move before towing, especially with the property registration tag on it!

Ok overall...

The price point was great but there were some issues that might be worth paying a little more to avoid. The master bedroom door was basically unusable. It stuck so hard that it wasn't really worth fully closing. The master balcony sliding door screeched so loudly it would wake the whole house. The guest bathroom door lock didn't work. The kitchen was the least equipped I've ever seen. The two cheap skillets that were there had food caked on them and so many deep, scorched scratches there's no way it would cook well even if it was possible to clean it well enough. I went to Walmart and bought a pan to be able to cook for the week. The wifi was so weak and unstable it wouldn't stay connected for more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time. It wasn't even strong enough to reach the balcony. The only TV that worked was the one on the master. The living room couldn't stay connected to the wifi long enough to download anything. The one in the other bedroom didn't seem to have a remote connected to it. Other than the dishes, it was a clean condo and we still had a great time at the beach. This condo just needs a little TLC and it would be a really nice place to stay.

Crappy stay

First off I’d like to say, I’ve stayed in Vacasa properties previously and have never had a bad experience. However, this experience this go around was terrible. It started a day before we arrived when we received a phone call telling us that the washing machine was not functioning, but would be fixed between 10-2 the following day. This was not a huge problem. Upon check-in, we found out that the listing price for parking passes was inaccurate. It was an additional $20 compared to the original description. Therefore, I called Vacasa to let them know and ask for a $20 refund which I received no problem. Once we checked in, we noticed the lack of cleanliness within the kitchen. There was an empty apple juice bottle in a drawer. Also, there was food all over the cooking utensils. The following day, we came back up from the beach assuming our washing machine would be fixed as told. It was not, so we called again and were told they would come out the next day and bring us fresh towels due to the fact we could not wash any. Once again the next day, nobody showed up. We were told once again the same exact thing. At this point, we had no clean towels, and no way to wash anything. We had to go and buy our own towels. Upon departure, I called once again for a final time to ask for a refund for the lack of amenities as well as cost of towels. We were told we would receive a portion of a refund and a call from the staff 5 days in a row. None of this happened.
