Love the place has just about every thing you need like it said it has I love the hot tub. The place is very clean it in a great location it about 30 min to Gatlinburg and there’s a grocery store less than a minute from the house

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very responsive, answered messages almost immediately. There were 2 remotes with dead batteries upon our arrival, and the host had batteries delivered to the door so we could replace them. Very thoughtful! The beds are comfortable. There is so much to do in the area that we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the cabin, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's an awesome location, convenient to all the local attractions.

HAD AN AMAZING STAY!!!!

Our family stayed at this location for an entire week. Everything was perfect from booking, to communication, to cleanliness, etc. We will definitely be booking again. They were fantastic hosts & their home is beautiful!!!

Long work weekend

We stayed here for a work weekend instead of a hotel. The propetry is as advertised. Convenient location 10-15 minutes from most areas of Sevierville and Piegon Forge. Host was very responsive. I would book here again.

4th of July Trip

The house was very clean and beautiful. The hot tub was nice and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I could say negative is that the grill was in terrible shape and on the website it says pool and there is no pool which was disappointing otherwise our stay was peaceful and relaxing.

Great property!

My husband and I had a great time in this very nice, clean and comfortable cottage! The hot tub worked wonderfully and was clean and so relaxing! The king size bed was very comfortable also. We brought our Dachshund with us and she loved it as much as we did. ;) We would definitely stay here again!

Very Clean House

I just spent the last week at this house with my family (dog included). It was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. Check in and check out was super easy and management checked in on us to make sure everything was up to standard the first day! We will be back for sure! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

First time to the Smokies

The cabin was very clean and very spacious! We took the advice of friends and went for a place outside of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, it was great being away from all the traffic and yet within 15-20 minutes. Food City is right around the corner, which made it convenient for groceries and items on the go. We would highly recommend.

Nice place to stay ! I didn't realize we were close to neighbors. The pics made it seem like you were away from others. However, you didn't know until the neighbors dogs were barking all hours of the night. But we got use to it.Beds & couch are a little firm. Overall we would definitely book here again ! Nice little get away from the hustle & bustle ! Host was VERY responsive, accomadating ! Thank you again for letting us stay in your cabin !!! We'll be back soon !

TN stay

Lawn was not mowed, I do not believe the hot tub had been cleaned before arrived. The temperature in the hot tub was 105 when we arrived.

We drain and refill the hot tub every single reservation. Hot tub could be at that temperature if there’s no other reservation occurred for 1-2 days prior your arrival. Lawn is being taking care of every 2 weeks.

I was so disappointed with the cleanliness. That is a big thing for me while staying anywhere. When we arrived the grass and weeds were taller than my cocker spaniels. The porch looked like a fraternity house. The house was not very clean, dust all over the fan, air filters (hall & bathrooms) were covered, master bedroom bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, showers and bath tub were not clean. It also took forever for any hot water to get upstairs. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Washing machine did not work, we had to take our wet clothes to a laundromat. The hot tub looked like it had old dirty water and chlorine or something was added before we arrived. We ended up leaving a day early. :( I do not recommend the pizza place nearby, it had great google reviews and ended up being or tasting like a frozen pizza. The positives- we were 20-30 mins without traffic to shopping and all the other fun activities! The grocery store nearby was clean and well stocked. The owner did make contact to help with the washing machine situation but said the repair person stopped answering his phone calls. Eventually, someone came and mowed and pulled the weeds growing through the stairs.

This bear themed cabin is cozy and clean. Many positives! We appreciated the kitchen and the family games provided. A lovely place to stay for a retreat. It is far enough away from the busy Gatling burg area for peace and tranquility, yet not too far from it if you want to visit. The hot tub is great! The bed was not comfortable for us, but everyone has different needs.

This location is fabulous - clean and exactly what we needed. It’s right out of town so secluded, but a very quick drive gets you to the tourist attractions. Artem was very easy to work with!

Absolutely Wonderful!

My husband and I visited this cabin recently. We desperately needed a get-away/ decompression. Let me start by saying, the owner communicated with us from the time we booked, answered all questions, and checked in with us while we were there. We have visited the smokies quite a bit, but this was hands down the cleanest cabin we have stayed in there. We had no desire to go into pigeon, or Gatlinburg. This vacation was about rest and relaxation. This cabin did not disappoint. The furniture was comfortable, the bedding was great. There was fantastic WIFI, and TV service. We did most of our meals in the cabin. The grocery store is barely a minute away. Over all this was an amazing trip, with a super clean, cozy cabin. Our dogs loved the outside area. Thank you Artem, for making our vacation so wonderful! I can't wait to visit again soon!!! ☆☆☆☆☆
