*Please pick up, properly wrap and Dispose of their droppings in the BLUE Trash bin Located on the Left side of the building.
*Also please secure your Babies when you leave as we do not allow them to roam the unit unattended.
*Failure to comply will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee

There is NO FURNITURE - Do NOT book this room. We had to sleep on the floor & the buy an air mattress, pillows, towels, etc. Zero contact from the property owner Angel to this day. VRBO was not much help either. Room was also 90 degrees with no way to adjust. This place is a scam.

We stayed at this rental for a Bills game weekend. The location was great for the proximity to restaurants, bars and shops. It is noisy at night, but that was expected. We had a few drawbacks. The rental had not been cleaned when we arrived - the bed was unchanged and there were dirty towels in the tub. The property manager was able to get the cleaners out the following day, so that was appreciated. We were also never able to get the smart TVs to work, which was not fixed during our stay.

The apartment is fine - spacious and in reasonably good shape, though the house it's located in is poorly maintained, with tons of trash in the yard. It's not a very nice part of Elmwood Ave - fine during the day, but there was a very loud fight in the street one night, and plenty of troubled people on the street. Obviously that's not the host's fault, but this is: On arrival I realized that the only air conditioner (in the bedroom) was visibly full of black mold so it was unusable. I messaged the host to ask for it to be cleaned and never heard a response, so there was no AC through a very hot summer weekend. There were some other cleanliness issues as well. I sent another message on check-out and received no reply to that either.I have never posted a negative review before and would not have done so if the host had responded in any way, but they didn't, so be warned that if you stay here and you have any issues, you likely won't get any kind of help with them.

As advertised!

Angel was great to communicate with, and truly wants you to have a great experience. The apartment had everything we needed. The only trouble we had was with parking, but a couple of trips around the block and we were always able to find something close by.
