Step into the amazing Happy Days Chalet. Upon entering through the double main doors, you'll find an open living space transformed with a stunning wood-clad cathedral ceiling. Large windows flood the area with natural light, highlighting a cozy emerald-green sofa and a charming 50s-inspired kitchen and dining space. The dilemma? Deciding where to explore first. Our motivating slogan, "Happy Days are here again!" graces the wall, embodying our commitment to ensuring your Poconos vacation is nothing short of amazing.

The family room has a brand-new electric fireplace operated with a remote that comes equipped with LED lights and provides a cozy ambiance (with or without the heat option). You will also find a full-sized jukebox that is Bluetooth-ready. Or bring your 45s and really jam with that true vinyl sound. You can relax on the sofa and enjoy your favorite tunes or sit back and watch your favorite shows on the 55 in smart tv.

Mix delicious cocktails or mocktails on the bar cart with essentials every mixologist would love; ice tongs, metal straws, and a cocktail shaker plus a couple of cocktail recipe books (even a retro cocktail book)!

Down the hallway, there is a powder room with fun midcentury wallpaper and a modern black floating sink and toilet, and right next door is a full bathroom with gorgeous emerald green wall tiles, and a large walk-in shower with a rain showerhead giving you that spa-like feel.

Just to the right of the main bathroom, is the primary bedroom: The Fonzie Suite. "Aaaaay" This bedroom has a glamorous California King-sized bed fit for the Fonz himself! There is a room-darkening shade, a 43-inch smart tv and a cozy nook with a desk and comfortable seating that may be used as a getting-ready space or as a perfect place to telework.

The 2nd bedroom is The Richie Room and is located just off the kitchen. This bedroom is so cozy! It also comes with a queen-sized bed, room-darkening shade, and a 32-inch smart tv. There is a laundry closet behind a sliding barn door with a brand-new stackable washer and dryer.

The 3rd bedroom space is up the fun spiral staircase: The Joanie Loves Chachi Loft. This bedroom/loft space has great views out of the expansive windows (open to the main living space below). The loft space has 2 extra-long twin beds that can comfortably accommodate children 5 and over or adults. The loft space also has a separate and unique playspace("Bear Cave") with games, toys, bean bag chairs, and a television for gaming or movies.

A fabulous hot tub with LED lights and a waterfall accommodates 6 people and has a beautiful view of the fern-covered backyard/woods. Also, string lights are hung around the hot tub for a lovely glow at nighttime.

Our home is located in the private, quiet, amenity-filled lake community of Towamensing Trails. The area is home to many major Pocono attractions such as Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Destinations, indoor waterparks, ATV's, paintball, white water rafting, the historic town of Jim Thorpe, horseback riding, state parks, golfing, fishing, Mount Airy Casino, The Crossing Outlets and Pocono Raceway.

Towamensing Trails community offers the following seasonal amenities within a 10-minute walk or 5 min drive from the cabin:
• A large spring fed lake (PA fishing license required)
• A well-maintained, clean, sandy beach (open Memorial Day to Father's Day on weekends, and open Father's Day to Labor Day every day)
• Community pool (open Memorial Day to Father's Day on weekends and open Father's Day to Labor Day everyday)
• Sand volleyball
• Basketball
• Tennis
• Clubhouse with restaurant
• Kayak and pedal boat rentals in the summertime

Every booking will receive 6 wristbands for the seasonal Community Amenities: Pool, lake, beach, tennis courts, etc.

The community is a family-friendly community with a 24-hour security patrol for your safety. Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am. Guests are required by the community to read and sign the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct.

This property is smoke-free and drug-free. No parties allowed.

The horseshoe driveway provides ample parking for 3 vehicles. No parking on the street, please. The driveway, side door and front door are monitored by external security cameras for safety reasons, and to verify the number of guests/guest vehicles and dogs at the property.

The number of guests may not exceed 6 and no more than 4 unrelated adults.

Dog friendly!! We absolutely love dogs and have 3 of our own at home. We understand the connection and the desire to vacation with your furbaby. We do allow up to 2 dogs (just msg us to discuss), however, please keep in mind there is a Dog Policy that you will be asked to read and consent to prior to being given the check-in instructions. We have an amazing front deck for fun times with the family and pups. This deck has a doggy gate at each entrance for your convenience so the pup can be leash free at times.
