Welcome to Casa Playita! This incredible property is located near downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island and Peanut Island! Our home is 3 houses away from Intercoastal Waterway access. This gorgeous beach house is sunny, spacious, and in a perfect location. Our backyard has a 6 person hot tub, tiki bar, grill, outdoor shower and more. It is 5 minutes away from Peanut Island, Palm Beach Island, Downtown West Palm Beach, Clematis, Rosemary Square, and Downtown Northwood, Outlets, and more.

This perfectly located tropical beach house is everything you need to relax and get away from it all. The home is large, spacious, and in a great location as it is close to every major attraction nearby for locals and tourists. The home is stocked with everything you need for your indoor and outdoor needs.

The backyard features a 6 person hot tub, tiki bar, grill, outdoor shower, large outdoor seating set with a firepit, fruit trees (mangoes, limes, coconuts) and additional outdoor seating areas. We also have outdoor games such as Cornhole, Jenga, etc.

We're also pleased to offer concierge and other experiences to enhance your stay through our concierge, ellie! Reach out for more on how we can make your stay even more incredible.

The neighborhood is so incredible that you’ll never want to leave. At the end of the street, which is just three houses away, you'll have access to a park where you can put in a kayak or just relax on the sand in the small beach nearby on the Intercoastal Waterway. The property is located by the intracoastal waterway and there are other parks that are kid-friendly and dog-friendly as well! Our property is also located very close to the incredible Peanut Island, which is just a five minute drive. We are just 8 minutes away from Palm Beach Island, Worth Ave, Downtown West Palm Beach, Clematis, Rosemary Square, and more.

The place is very sweet. Everything was clean and it was a neat older house. Check-in was quick and easy. We had everything we needed there. Our only issue was the hot tub wasn’t working. Couldn’t get a hold of the owners that night but appreciated them making it right since the hot tub was the main reason for booking this specific place.

Super cute

Great home! Comfy couch, chairs and beds. The kitchen has everything you might need, beach chairs/towels and umbrella too. Quiet neighborhood and just steps from a park at the intercoastal waterway.

Great for a girls weekend

The location was nice and house was very enjoyable. Loved the gas fireplace on the deck. The deco was just nice too. Worked well for the "instagram" friends in the group.

Amazing property & owners

This property was great. The beds were comfortable and the owners were so good to work with. Would definitely come back. We did rent a car which I recommend as it is a 7 min drive to downtown and to the go see the beaches.

Comfortable, Centrally located

Close to Riviera Beach and Palm Beach, 15 minutes to airport, cute house exactly as pictured and described. Comfy beds, and had everything we needed. One issue with the tv remote control and the owner had us a new one as quick as possible. I would definitely stay here again!

Place w/character

The house has character in its setup. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the hot tub or outside amenities due to weather and our time spent with friends elsewhere, but it was part of the appeal. The beds are very comfortable. It's a little odd of a layout with the bedrooms and bathrooms, but I understand the room size limits what can be done. (In case it's important to a guest, the kitchen dishes and cookware were minimal.)We would definitely consider staying again.

Spring Training Visit

We had 2 couples staying at the property to attend Nats Spring Training games and visit with some local friends. The location was perfect. We wish we had more time to take advantage of all the amenities on the property such as the hot tub, games and just hanging around the backyard. We plan to come back!

Winter getaway

Suitable for a couple days but not for our 3-week stay. Location was good. Walking distance to 4 parks. House needs some refurbishing, especially outdoor area. Deck furniture cushions ripped and moldy, umbrella had broken spines. Indoor flooring should be replaced, dingy and dirty looking. Living room couch uncomfortable. Poor lighting in kitchen made cooking meals difficult.

Nice for a group

Overall, the property was nice, some things are looking worn...but it was clean. I would recommend for a family or groups. Loved the fenced in yard and the relaxing atmosphere. The location was central to many places we wanted to drive to. There is not much to do within walking distance and no restaurants or coffee shops around. Our Boston Terrier was welcome and we didn't have to overpay or jump through hoops for him to stay. Property manager was friendly and responsive.

Property was filthy and nothing like description. In need of many repairs. Stained furniture, cushions, pillows, bedding. Host slow in responses. Great location to Paley which is why we chose it. Host did agree to refund and we found another place. They were empathetic to our situation and said they were going to assess the cleaning team situation.

Did the job but left a lot to be desired

Upon arrival and loading our luggage into the house, we noticed it wasn’t very clean. The main shower did not look like it had been cleaned, much of the furniture was stained, almost all pillowcases had makeup or other stains on them, and it smelled musty and damp in the house to the point that we had to buy wall plugin air fresheners. The property had obviously experienced a lot of wear and tear since it was photographed - understandable, but might be time to spruce things up and take new photos! We also shared that we were staying there for the week as we were getting married in Jupiter during our stay, and I thought they would do something special like shown in the listing photos, but they didn’t. The most disappointing part was that the property manager’s contractors tried to enter the property twice without us confirming we were home and/or that it was okay. Since we had dogs there, this was concerning to us. The house is located on the outskirts of a nice neighborhood to the south, a slightly more sketchy area to the north and west, but felt pretty safe and was close enough to target, Costco, Publix etc.

Decent Place, but not really as described.

We attended a wedding in the area and needed a place to stay. This place served its purpose but in my opinion, left a lot to be desired. First of all, the place was not clean. There was an exploded soda can in the freezer, so clearly the cleaning people just did a once over that morning. The blinds could not be opened because all the opening rods were missing. There was mold or dirt on the ceilings around the ducts as well. There were 4 TV remotes, one was missing buttons and the others didn’t work completely, so essentially I had to use a combination of two to work anything properly. The owner did finally have a remote sent to the house, but two days after letter her know. There was a rat in the backyard that greeted us nightly, which didn’t really bother me but would some I suppose. I wish I could upload photos to help explain my review. The backyard needs some work, and there was a camera pointed at the hot tub, which I don’t know is legal. Maybe, but when you expect privacy that makes me wonder who’s actually watching. I gave this place 2 stars overall and would not recommend. The communication with the owner was pretty bad and it took hours for her to respond (15hrs at one point) and when I did get a response it didn’t address my question or comment.

Perfect vacay at Casita Playita!

If you are looking for the perfect getaway rental home for your next vacation in the West Palm Beach area, then Casita Playita is the place to stay! Daniela is an excellent host and made our rental process such a breeze! She was quick to communicate with any questions we had and provided lots of suggestions for places to see and things to do. As for the house, everything you could think you may need was already there, all the amenities was a huge bonus to getting to stay in such a beautiful home! And we were just steps away from the water and the beaches! This place was a dream rental!! Next time we are planning a vacation we will definitely come back! Thanks again Daniela for all your hospitality!!
