Now available to rent for Oceans Calling and Country Calling. Pack your bags, bring the family - relax and enjoy. Our direct ocean front condo is located on 6th Street and the boardwalk - Right in the heart of downtown Ocean City! We have a very large balcony that overlooks the ocean and boardwalk. We are in a secure building with an outdoor pool, elevator, storm shutters and assigned parking spaces. Flat screen tv's in every bedroom and the living room, a gas fireplace for our winter guests to enjoy. Our master bedroom has two queen beds, bedroom 2 has two full beds, and bedroom 3 bedroom has two twin beds.

The condo was roomy, clean and the perfect location on the boardwalk, overlooking the ocean and just steps away from the beach. It was great to have a pool also just steps away. We got to see the effects of hurricane Erin from the balcony as the water came all the way up to the sea wall.

Great memories made

The balcony was the perfect size perfect location everything was clean, and nicely laid out very open access to the beach was amazing. We really need some amazing memories at the condo.

Great location

The location was perfect. The condo was spacious and had just enough rooms for the entire family. However, it was not clean when we got there. There was sand and food all over the floor and a cockroach in the bathroom.

Our overall rating of the property is 5 stars! Communication with the owner, check-in, location, parking and overall experience was Excellent! However, we rated the cleaniless of the property 4 stars. The floors had not been swept or mopped. We understand its the beach, sand gets everywhere. But as soon as we arrived, took off ourshoes, our feet were dirty. It was like the cleaners forgot to clean the floors. Other than that everything was great!

Downtown location is great,condemn was more than large enough for 7 people. Bedrooms are nice but we had to get sleep mask because of the location very bright at night. The bedrooms are not dark at night .

Place is nice should include more for price, a vacuum would be nice. A few dishes and that was it.

The master bedroom was nice, the other two bedrooms were so small and overlooked hall to elevator. No nightstand in second bedroom which was very inconvenient, no where to put water or phone or book at night other than the floor. We have not received our deposit back even though we left the place exactly as we left it and owner is not responding. the location was good, pool was small and in the back. No shower off beach. Place is promising but missing so much, especially for the price. should at least have a vaccume for guests to use.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We post pictures of each room on our website and details about the building in an attempt to convey a clear description of the property to ensure it meets the needs of all of our guests before they make a reservation. It's important to us that our guests are satisfied and enjoy their vacation with us. We put a lot of effort into making sure our guests are comfortable which is why most of our guests return each year. I'm sorry you hear you were disappointed with the size of two of the bedrooms and with the furnishings in one of them. Your statement claiming we are not responding to you about the return of your security deposit is not accurate. We've spoken with you a few times since you checked out and have explained the security deposit was withheld due to the additional cleaning fees we were charged, and for the damage to the furniture and to the condo that found during the routine inspection immediately after your departure. Security deposits are routinely returned to each guest in a timely manner when the condo is left in good condition.

Beautiful, inside and out!

Beautiful property with magnificent views of the Boardwalk, beach, and ocean. My kids loved the rooftop pool! A few minor cosmetic issues such as scuffed walls and such, but overall, a fantastic place!

2019 Cruising Ocean City

Excellent location. Bedroom/bathroom with two double beds appeared not as clean as it should have been. Had to clean the sinks and counter top and there were bugs on the floor under the window. Multiple light bulbs needed replaced. Commode in the master bedroom must be leaking water from the tank as every so often it seemed to be running. (Not water on the floor)

Great family trip!

Our family had a great trip this weekend at Ocean Mist. I can not say anything negative about this place. The place is huge and plenty of space for a large family. The location is prime only a few steps away from great restaurants. The balcony is the most comfortable balcony we have been on. We would definitely stay here again.

Very impressive oceanfront rental!

We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers at your rental property in July, 2018. It was very spacious, nicely updated and tastefully decorated. The location oceanfront and on the boardwalk was excellent. We did have some noise from the shops below but having the TV on easily took care of that issue. The beach and boardwalk were easily accessible around the side street, the parking accommodated 2 full sized trucks and the pool was clean every day and a great place to relax in the afternoon.

The condo was absolutely beautiful.

This was an absolutely beautiful place. The furnishings were outstanding, the kitchen supplies were excellent and the location was fantastic. The pool was clean. We loved the balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean. We had a wonderful time and will return.

Nice updated condo

The unit we stayed in needs a newer faster router we had extremely slow and intermittent wifi connection to the internet. Cable tv worked well good choice of optional stations. The noise from the shops below us was annoying and they played loud music until 1 am every night. We will request a higher unit next time (we were on the 2nd floor just above the shops). Still overall it was a nice place and great access to the beach and boardwalk.

Love the condo! Highly recommend

This is our second season at Ocean's Mist 201 and we'll be coming back next year. We love the condo, it's spacious, clean, good quality furniture and has everything we need. Celeste is always very helpful and responds to me quickly. I have nothing negative to say about the actual condo and I highly recommend it so please do not let my concerns sway you. It's a great place to stay. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the property around the building, the elevator, stairwell and pool. The pool is always an issue. It doesn't seem to filter well. There's always feathers, hair and dirt floating in the water. I always have to complain about it and I don't like to complain. This year the property (other areas of the building) didn't seem as clean as I've seen it. I'd like to see the property manager of the building take more pride in making sure the area around the building and the pool is well maintained. Again, the actual condo itself is very, very nice. We'll see you in 2018.
