Vacation home on the Osterberg

The holiday home on the Osterberg in the health resort of Allrode / Harz offers you all the comforts to feel comfortable around. The house is centrally located in the eastern part of the Harz in a quiet cul de sac on the edge of the village Allrode. Numerous hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity. In addition, you can reach all other well-known destinations in the Harz by car in a very short time. You can reach various dining and shopping facilities as well as wellness and sports activities in just a few minutes. A trip to the Harz is worthwhile in every season. In spring, it blooms and greens and the animals wake up from their hibernation. In summer you can sunbathe in the sheltered garden or swim to a beautiful forest lake. In autumn you get to know the beautiful colors of the forests and can go on a mushroom hunt together with the family. And in winter, all the mountains in the area invite to tobogganing. Skiers will discover the special fascination of winter forests with snow-covered firs and meadows on the nearby trails.

Cottage on Osterberg:
The holiday home on Osterberg was extensively renovated in 2011 and furnished with attention to detail. The house basically offers space for 2 adults and 1 child. For this, a beautiful bedroom with double bed and a separate cot has been created upstairs. In order for you or your children to be able to have a restful afternoon nap, an additional window blind was also thought of. An extra bed for 2 more people is possible with mobile extra beds in the living room of the ground floor. The living room is bright and modern, of course, with satellite TV and DVD player. A highlight in this area are certainly the beautiful old roof beams that spray after the repair now a special charm. The kitchen is located in the front part of the house and consists of a full kitchenette including fridge, freezer, extractor, ceramic hob, oven and the usual accessories. Its beautiful color (vanilla) blends perfectly with the black granite of the floor. As a special highlight in the kitchen area also a special wood stove is installed. This is of course functional and can be used on request also for cooking. The bathroom was elaborately decorated with mosaic stones. An open shower with enough space is certainly worth mentioning and gives this bathroom a special touch. The bathroom also has underfloor heating. The toilet is located in a separate room. Via the kitchen you can also reach the anteroom to the rear exit to the property. In this anteroom you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. In addition, here is a dishwasher installed, so you can enjoy your vacation :) Finally, it should be mentioned that all the windows of the house are also protected against unloved pests like mosquitoes and bees. Thus, you can also enjoy your sleep with the windows open at night. The details of the facility can be found in the pictures. Exterior The beautiful plot is about 1300m ² and thus offers more than enough space to rest and sunbathe. Sunbeds and umbrellas for the best days of the year are of course available. In addition, you have enough garden furniture and a garden swing available. You can have your dinner on the green field or in the fortified courtyard. You can use the existing barbecue or alternatively the existing fireplace on the property. If it rains, there is also a covered terrace available. Even for a car, there is more than enough space on the property. Bed linen can be booked optionally for 10.00 Euro per person. Towels can be optionally booked for 5,00 Euro per person.
