Ippocampo by Interhome

Hello Paula, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about the challenges you encountered. Repairs to the bathrooms were completed before your departure, and we’ve taken steps to prevent similar issues in the future. Regarding the injury, we sympathize with your friend’s situation. However, the tile in question is a cover for the water tank and appears to have been moved from its original position. While we ensure the property is well-maintained, mishandling of facilities can lead to such incidents. We encourage you to contact our customer care team if you remain dissatisfied with how your concerns were addressed. Kind regards, The Interhome Team.

Thank you very much for writting us a review. Unfortunately the region can get quite humid depending on the season, but we assure you that we are doing everything withing our reach to take care of the apartment. Regarding the cleaning, we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations but we would like to inform you that, in such a case, you can ask for a second intervention from our cleaning team. We are glad that you enjoyed the view and we hope to welcome you once again in one of our rentals.

Dear Francesca, Thank you very much for your opinion to which we pay the greatest attention because it helps us to improve our services. In the event that the cleaning does not meet your expectations, you can contact us up to 48 hours after your arrival so that we can ask the cleaning team to intervene again in the rental, and this with the highest priority. Also be assured that your comments will be forwarded to the manager for more rigor. Unfortunately humidity can happen due to the proximity with the sea, but we do everything within our reach to limit it and create a healthy environment for our guests. We hope that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you once again in one of our rentals. Kind regards, Your Interhome team.
