Hohenau with its shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. Hohenau can be reached in 3 minutes by car.

The district is called Kirchl, the local baker supplies you with fresh, delicious baked goods every morning, except on Sundays and public holidays, which he hangs on your doorstep.

The jungle of the Bavarian Forest National Park with the treetop path and enclosure trail is only a 10-minute drive away, in winter there are numerous groomed trails for you. The national park offers you a large selection of hiking trails and lots of fun and action for children too.
