After dinner sit by the outside fire pit and enjoy some s'mores. Take a stroll to many restaurants, bars or ice cream shops nearby within easy walking distance. Ocen House, Chapin's Fish & Chips, Swan River Seafood Restaurant & Fish Market, The Rooftop at Pelham House, Joey's pizza shop, Hotdog house are just a few of the many wonderful local restaurants.

Our family really enjoyed the house, especially the outdoor space! The house is well-maintained and had everything we needed as far as kitchenware, booster seat, beach chairs, towels, games, etc. We appreciated the homemade cinnamon bread and handwritten card, very thoughtful! The only suggestion we have is the house is on a busy road, which we weren't aware of. With small kids in our party, having a fence or treeline to close the property in would help with safety, privacy, and ease-of-mind.

Family wedding

Our family enjoyed our stay . Tanya was very nice to us and attentive to our needs. The home was very clean and fully stocked. The location was perfect. The home was large and all one floor and one of the bathrooms had a walk in shower. We enjoyed the fire pit and the yard games. Traveling with our elderly mom this house was perfect! We were greeted with snacks upon arrival. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definably rent this home again if we come back to the cape.

Easter Weekend

OMG..As soon as we pulled up in front of the house- I knew after my research - it was the PERFECT place…Inside the house we were greeted with a lovely welcome note from our host Tanya. A delicious baked lemon loaf and snacks. The house is decorated beautifully and so clean. My granddaughters loved the bunk beds.The yard was perfect for the Easter Egg hunt. Games, TV’s and all kitchen needs were available. The location is near restaurants, stores and a movie theatre. Easy access to sightseeing locations. We checked out Plymouth Rock and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. If we ever return to Dennis Port- this house is our #1 choice.

Exceeded expectations

Great communication by owner/manager. Exceeded expectations in many regards. Clean.... and outstanding/beautiful location. Made a lot of great memories with great friends and was a trip to remember!

quick family get away over winter break

This property was AMAZING! We were welcomed with baked goods and opened communication from the get go. The pictures don't do the house justice! It is even more beautiful and so much bigger. They think of everything you might need from you stay away from home. 10 out of 10!

Don’t miss staying here

My wife and I rented this beautiful house for ourselves and my in-laws. The owner Tanya was so communicative leading up to our vacation, and even sent us this extremely helpful PDF that gave us everything we needed to know about the checkin process and activities to do in the area. The house is equipped with everything you will need, it was super clean, and there was even a delicious home made cake waiting for us when we arrived along with a bunch of other snacks. The house is spacious and every room had a beach bag, beach towels, and bath towels already to go which was nice. The beach right down the street is great, and is across the street from an amazing restaurant called The Sailing Cow. My family and I will definitely be staying here again, as it a spacious house, centrally located for traveling to other parts of the Cape. I highly recommend this gem on the Cape!!

Very responsive hosts

The hosts were extremely responsive to the few issues we encountered. However, Didn’t love the location as it was on a fairly busy street. The bedding and towel supply was awesome, as well as other necessary beach’s items, I.e. rolling cooler, plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. The few criticisms I have: the outdoor patio furniture had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and if you are a family that likes to cook together, the available serving ware and pots pans and baking trays was lacking. Otherwise suited our large group well. I would definitely visit with our hosts again, but maybe in another of their locations.

Friends Weekend on the Cape

The house was perfect. Lots of space, everything we needed for the weekend and a very nice patio and fire pit (although we didn’t use the fire pit). The location was great. The beach was within walking distance and lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.

Cousin weekend

We LOVED this cottage!! Incredibly spacious, super easy check in/out, they had ALL the amenities including baking us a coffee cake. Owner was incredibly kind and helpful in communication. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND

They’ve thought of everything! The best house!

We stayed a few days on this beautiful property this fall as part of a two week long road trip on the east coast. We had our four children with us ages ranging 5-15. This house was very clean. They had access to cleaning supplies if we needed to clean something up. They really thought of everything- from chip clips to pretreatment for laundry and plenty of towels and washcloths. The beds, pillows and bedding were comfortable. The location is perfect- it’s a large lot that our kids enjoyed playing in and it’s a short walk or drive to a couple of public beaches. One of the beaches even has swings on it so that was a hit with the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

A great house in a terrific spot!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, yet warm and cozy. Very clean and convenient to the beach and town. Tanya is terrific, would definitely stay here again!

Tolles Haus in Standnähe

Das Haus ist sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet was mann für einen schönen Familienurlaub benötigt. Der Umfang der Ausstattung hat uns in dieser Art und Weise wirklich „positiv“ überrascht und total begeistert. Zum Teil sind die einzelnen Räume etwas klein, dass war aber kein Problem. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist zeitweise etwas laut. Im Garten gibt es einen schönen Fireplace, leider war dafür kein Holz vorhanden. Das wäre perfekt gewesen. Der Grill war leider in einem sehr schmutzigen, verdreckten Zustand. Offensichtlich wurde dieser von vorherigen Gästen nicht gesäubert bzw. pfleglich behandelt. Wir hätten gerne gegrillt, konnten uns aber mit der Top ausgestatteten Küche aushelfen. Wir würden wieder buchen und können dieses Haus trotz „kleiner Mängel“ sehr gut weiterempfehlen.
