In the Evening wander onto the back porch and relax under the clouds with beautiful string lights. Or get some sunshine and a beverage on one of our beautiful shaded chaise lounges and umbrellas. In search of some more upbeat activities ? Well let’s work on your putting game on the green ( think Putt Putt not PGA haha) , or grab a friend in a fierce game of corn hole or tick tac toe and much more ! The front porch is equipped with rocking chairs for those blissful days .

Unsafe electrical issues, pitiful sofa, no dresser in bedrooms, poor lighting, hidious comforter, cracked shower tile, area feared unsafe, porch light/fan full of dirt so gave off very little light. Bed squeaky and very wobbly. Towels worn, , one sad

Home was very clean with lots of "extras" provided. It was good place for our visit, especially with the fenced yard for our dog. Convenient location for restaurants, groceries, etc.

Such a charming home, conveniently located! Very thoughtful host provides many of the items that could be “forgotten”. We enjoyed snacks provided while we had fun playing video games. Although we didn’t take advantage of outdoor entertainment, it would be enjoyable for this with children or adults looking to unwind. I would recommend and stay again!

The house worked great for our stay and needs. The backyard was really nice for hanging out with our kids (ages 5&7) and dog. Host was very responsive and check-in/checkout was smooth.

UNCG Visit Home Base

Home is adorable and stocked thoughtfully - we arrived to a basket of welcome snacks and cold waters in the fridge. Great size family room perfect for planning out activities. We were moving our daughter into UNCG. House is not in a neighborhood but on a quiet side street and close to campus as well as downtown. Great sized fenced in back yard which our dog enjoyed and lots of seating on back deck. Coffee bar nicely stocked with coffee and creamer, kitchen had rolls of paper towels and fridge and a kitchen cart had condiments and cooking ingredients which we do not usually see. Host was very responsive and overall the home was welcoming and cozy

Great house to enjoy with kiddos

We stayed at Casa Maria for a long weekend while visiting friends in Greensboro. The house was as cute as the pictures, and thoughtfully stocked with snacks and drinks. In particular, my kids really enjoyed the backyard games and the Nintendo Gamecube. Finally, Richard was responsive and helpful as a host. We'd stay here again and recommend to others!

The house could use some slight touching up, nothing major just a little paint & some small things here & there. It’s a nice place though & private backyard close to the GAC. I would definitely stay again & enjoyed my stay. It has everything you need.

The house is cute, nicely decorated, but it wasn't clean, aside from the bathroom. The kitchen stove top wasn't clean, the oven was food stained and greasy. The bbq grill wasn't usable, it appeared to be nonfunctional. I liked the feel of the home, but whoever is supposed to be maintaining the patio isn't doing a good job. We didn't sit outside at all due to the condition of the furniture.

Home away from home

The house was perfect! I had an extended stay ( 15 days) while my son was at HPU - my husband stayed for 2 nights then I was solo until my mom and sister arrived for a week then solo until check out. The location of the house is not in the most desirable neighborhood but I felt safe and once inside you forget because the house is so comfortable and welcoming, it also has a great alarm system that I appreciated. The positive about the homes location was that it was so central, It was minutes from great food and shopping and only 23 min from HPU. The host Richard made sure that the house was fully stocked, there was even a basket of snacks :) you really just need to bring clothes! If I had any questions or concerns I would reach out and Richard always got back to me quickly with an answer or solutions ( thank you Richard!) I highly recommend Casa Maria and would stay there again.

Perfect girls getaway

My friend and I had the most wonderful stay at Casa Maria. So conveniently located, check out and in were so simple, and the fenced in yard were amazing! Would love to visit again

Came for a sports event

Kitchen had everything you could want, close to the aqueduct center. I liked that he wasn’t cheap on the coffee pods and had bottled water and drinks in the fridge. There were all the condiments you could want plus other food items and burgers. We didn’t bring out puppy but there were emergency dog leashes and plenty of blankets and towels, plus emergency items. He was quick and even extended us at the last moment. Only issue Is the fridge is a bit noisy during the freeze cycle.

NC weekend

The house was cute. The back yard was great for the dogs. The grass was a bit high. Listing pictures might be old of the back yard. Corn hole bags have been left out in the weather. One of the CH boards was broken. Grass growing up through the hole. The house is priced as a value because of the neighborhood. Located 10 minutes from fun bars like Joymongers and family fun Celebration station. Overall we felt safe and enjoyed our stay.

Pure amazing!

Upon arrival the neighborhood seemed a little worn down and we weren't thrilled that it was next to a train track BUT as soon as my family stepped foot into the home, there was nothing but amazement. The house was super clean and smelled wonderful. We were immediately met with a welcome basket full of snacks that our niece definitely took full advantage of. The bedroom closets were stocked fully with towels,washcloths and extra bedding. The bathroom was prepared with shampoo and conditioner and inside the cabinet we found extra razors, soap, shampoo,conditioner , feminine products... Literally anything you may need. We were even provided with laundry detergent in the laundry room. You could have brought nothing but clothes with you and Richard would have provided everything else. Speaking of Richard, we reached out to him regarding the AC in the home as the previous tenants had left it pretty hot and it didn't feel like it was cooling. He immediately reached back out to us and helped us fix the problem. The house is beautiful and is completely stocked and ready to go. My family enjoyed the backyard greatly as well,full of things to do! Golf,fire pit, hammocks, bean bag toss.. endless amounts of things to do. The neighborhood ended up being pretty quite and definitely a lot better than we intended and we only heard the train once, I will take it for as good as this house and host are. We will definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in Greensboro again for any reason.

Outstanding

We loved the house. Super cute and accommodating. Richard was a magnificent host. We needed some dishwasher pods and the next morning Amazon dropped a shipment. He was extremely helpful and attentive. We can’t wait to come back next year and will definitely stay here again.

So Nice!

I loved everything about this house! It was cute, well decorated, clean, had everything we needed, great back yard, nice amenities. I would go to Greensboro again just to stay in this house! And the communication with the host was great!
