House Rules / Policies

Check-In Age & Identification: The primary guest registered on the reservation must be a minimum of 18 years of age at check-in. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card upon arrival. Standard check-in begins strictly at 4:00 PM.

Incidental Hold Deposit: An incidental security deposit temporary authorization hold of $100.00 will be placed on your credit card at arrival. This temporary hold is fully released after departure following a standard room inspection, subject to your bank's standard processing timelines.

Late Check-In Protocol: The main registration office is open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If arriving after 11:00 PM, locate the exterior house phone mounted outside the registration building. Simply picking up the receiver will automatically call on-site night security to assist you with your keys.

Complimentary On-Site Self-Parking: Secure on-site self-parking is free for cars, trucks, and RVs.

Day use policy: Club owners not staying at the resort must call prior to arrival to ensure availability for day use. First priority given to resort occupants. Guaranteed/flex owners refer to their association rules. Guests must register at the Registration building to access the facilities.

Standard Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made past this window, or failure to show, will result in a penalty charge equal to the cost of the first night's stay plus tax.

Activity & Seasonal Charges: Greens fees, golf club rentals, ski lift tickets, snowboarding/ski equipment rentals, and snow tubing passes require independent payment. Meals and drinks at Mulligans Bar and Grill are charged per menu pricing.

Included Activities: Miniature golf and paddleboat use are complimentary for guests during the summer season.

Strict Non-Smoking Policy: This is a strictly 100% smoke-free property. A $300.00 deep-cleaning sanitation penalty fee will be strictly assessed if evidence of smoking is found inside any room, villa, cabin, timber home, or within fenced pool areas. This fine applies equally to traditional tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, and vapes.

Service Animals Only: Only legally designated ADA service animals are permitted on-site free of charge. Traditional pets are strictly prohibited, and bringing an unauthorized animal onto the premises will trigger a fine of up to $300.00.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
