Very comfortable and clean. 9 family members including 3 children, there was plenty of space for large group and individual time. Loved the fire pit and backyard.

College Graduation Stay

Property was exactly what we were looking for. Looking for a spot for extended family to stay. Three bedrooms on the main level meant no steps for grandparents. House was clean and well stocked and roomy. Host was very responsive. We were excited to use the beautiful back yard and the yard games, but mother nature had different plans.

Great place, we will be back.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a relaxing and restful stay. The area is so quiet. Love the privacy of a fenced in backyard. Lots of areas for walking. Close to shopping. The kitchen is beautiful with everything we need for cooking a meal. Very nice home and I would give you a 10 star rating if there was one.

Family weekend

Extra family was in town and parents house was full, so we decided to stay in VRBO rather than hotel. This house was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. The location and neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Winter Retreat

Jory was a fantastic host and his place was pristine. He allowed us to bring our furry friends and a portable dog door. The dogs were right at home, and we were able to make it to our medical appointments. Fantastic home with tons of space.

Perfect get away

My friends and I stayed at this house for a relaxing day before school started and it was perfect. The yard was very open and the fire pit was awesome. The house itself was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. If your looking for a place to lay low and have fun, this house is perfect!

Plenty of room

Stay in West Fargo

The property is very spacious and immaculately clean. After a long drive to get there, we were pleasantly surprised to arrive to such a nice place! Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and within 10-15 minutes to downtown Fargo. Our dog loved the very nice fenced in backyard. The kitchen was well stocked with most anything you would need. Felt like home. Would definitely stay again.

Girls weekend

Our family girls weekend brought us to Fargo. We enjoyed our weekend at the house. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and accommodating.

Great Clean House

Was a perfect place for the family to stay rather than a hotel! Place was very clean and spacious enough for the littles (3 and 4 yr olds) to run around while we relaxed. Was also perfect to have a garage to park in, since it was downpouring rain when we first arrived, make it so much easier to unload our stuff and the kids. Would absolutely book again for and future family visits to the area.

Quick trip to Fargo

Our family (two adults and two college age kids) had a quick overnight in Fargo after Christmas. The property was easy to find, and was conveniently located in West Fargo. Everything we needed was readily available in the property and all four bedrooms were nicely appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of plates/cups and a variety of coffee for the coffee machine. We inadvertently left something behind in the house and Jory went out of his way to communicate with us and make sure we got it back. We would recommend this house and the management group.

Great property for our group of 9

Family members in town for graduation party, 7 adults and 2 tall teenage boys. We used all 4 bedrooms and the teens slept on the large lounger in the basement. Very clean, comfortable (cozy) and well appointed with linens, kitchen (including spices) and a nice garage. Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We all stated it was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in.

State swim competion

We had a very busy weekend! We all were beyond grateful to come back to such a warm comfortable home! The home was large and very accomadating for us. The beds were very confortable! And having a garage yhat was attaced to the home was great!! This is such a plus especially with our ND winters! This home was perfect!! If i get back to the Fargo area again i would stay here!! Very clean & updated

A group of six college friends came to West Fargo to celebrate each other after almost 25 years! Fargo was centrally located for us. Jory’s rental was very clean with updated amenities. Fargo is an easy town to get around, and West Fargo has exploded, so the location was fine for driving nearly anywhere. It’s in a neighborhood with close neighbors, but we were able to use the 2-stall garage for our cars, the driveway and street. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 nice big sectional couches. Keurig coffee and a Ninja coffee maker kept us full of caffeine for our days ;) Overall cozy and we’d rent this again. (Bring a throw blanket to snuggle with. Other than that, just show up!)

Exceptional Stay with Impeccable Cleanliness and Thoughtful Amenities

My recent experience at the VRBO Rental left me thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied. From the moment I stepped into the property, it was evident that no expense was spared in ensuring the utmost comfort and convenience for guests. I am thrilled to write this 5-star review to highlight the outstanding quality of my stay. First and foremost, cleanliness was an absolute priority at this rental. Every inch of the property was immaculate, reflecting the care and attention to detail put forth by the host. I cannot stress enough how refreshing it was to walk into a vacation home that was flawlessly clean and well-maintained. Kudos to the dedicated housekeeping staff for their exceptional work! The Beds were very comfortable as well. In addition to the pristine condition of the property, I was delighted to find that it was equipped with everything I needed for a memorable and relaxing stay. The presence of firewood and the backyard pit was a nice addition, as it added a cozy and intimate ambiance to the evenings. The only recommendation I would have is to provide more Bath Towels. For a two-day stay, I would expect one towel and washcloth per day, for longer stays I would expect to wash some, but not for a two-day stay.
