This spacious home features a modern living room area, which includes an electric fireplace with a 55 inch smart tv. The Game Room is perfect for hosting because it contains a selfie wall, pool table, board games, and everyone loves Pac Man. The dinning room is great for your family dinners as it seats up to 10 people. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain, with additional seating at a high top table that sits up to 4 people.
The fully renovated master BR and BA, Room 2 includes: a king size bed, 50 inch Smart TV, lamps with phone charging capability, a garden tube, full closet with hangers, and a dresser. Room 1 is located near the game room, it has a full size bed, Room 3 has a queen size bed with a large walk-in closet, and Room 4 has bunkbeds with a full bed at the bottom and twin at the top. The home includes high-quality memory foams mattresses and linens with bed and pillow protectors. Each room is equipped with a flat screen Smart TV with Ruko.This home features a covered front porch perfect for a glass of Southern Sweet Tea or cocktail if 21 and older. The oversized wood fire pit is perfect for those Coastal GA fall evening nights and wood is provided by the host winter months.The laundry room area is equipped with a front load washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and a clothes steamer.
The bathrooms contain a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer in the main bathroom. There is also a start supply of paper towels and bags in the kitchen. Upon arrival please use the front porch entrance and the key pad is located on the front door. The keypad code will be texted to the guest at 4pm.The inside of home is NON-SMOKING, and there will be a $500 cleaning fee if not adhered to. There is a convenient store and grocery store near by.
