UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

All was just as we expected … lots of firewood for huge nighttime fires in double fireplace made things nice and cozy when it was snowing and temperature outside was 11 degrees farenheight !!

We had an excellent time in Snowshoe! The cabin comfortably accommodated our large group. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We particularly enjoyed the upstairs fireplace and hot tub!

Casago isn't keeping up with the maintenance or cleaning

Property was a bit dirty. Things that didn't work but were advertised when we placed the reservation, or were expected to be operating when we checked in: 1. All Fireplaces were inoperable 2. Some outlets trip the breakers and shoot sparks 3. Primary shower leaked into the bedroom below getting things wet 4. Primary shower drain stuck up 1 inch making the shower a trip hazard to use 5. Broken chair at dining room, only have seats for 5 at dining table, place sleeps 16. The snowshoe resort and resort offered shuttle are amazing, but those aren't Casago amenties. I won't be staying at a Casago managed property again.

Snowy Perfection

My entire family loved our stay in this beautiful house. There were 14 of us from 67 years old - 1. The house was the perfect size for our big family and quiet enough for the littles to nap. Beautiful views, beautiful house and ten inches of snow. Thanks for the perfect get away.

Had an Amazing time it is even more spacious than the photos showed. Everything on the description is accurate, shuttle services is great and you hardly ever wait more than 5 minutes for a pick up.

Annual family trip

We really liked the location and the view! The size was plenty big for our crew of 8. We played games in the living room, hot tub after skiing, morning coffee looking out to the mountains. It would have been nice to use the fire place, but it needed maintenance and was not available. The location was great, easy for the shuttle to pick us up!

Great Snowshoe Visit!

This home was perfect for our group of 8! We enjoyed the views and the location! The speedy shuttle was so convenient especially in the cold weather! Another great trip to Snowshoe!!

Location Location

Great place. Clean and close to skiing. Unfortunately we didn’t have any snow (too early). But found some great hiking nearby. The views from the property are amazing. Sunsets are amazing. On my complaint heat didn’t work properly and wasn’t enough hot water for 7 people. But did not take away from the overall experience.

So they house had great views but the chair in the living room was broken when we got their. We thought that there would have been pingpong balls provided seeing that there was a table and there werent. Hot tub was absolutely disgusting to the point that no one wanted to get in it. That was the big seller on the property and i was very disappointed with that.

Perfect place for Large Groups

This house was perfect for our ski trip. The location was great with amazing views. We used the shuttle bus throughout our stay and it was incredibly convenient, usually taking no more than 10 minutes to pick us up at the driveway and take us to the village. The house has a ton of space and two living rooms, which was nice for a large group. The hot tub and wood fire places were also a nice touch and worked great for us. Everything was even better than the pictures online showed, we would definitely come back again!

Complete unprofessionalism

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented house in December, March they rented to someone else, finally after calling over and over and saying calls would be returned and never were, they finally put the other people in another place and we got the house since we booked in December. Drive 4 hours there check in day to be told they rented to someone else and they put us in another place. We had planned our whole trip with family based around that house (we had stayed there the year before). My handicapped father in law was with us and cant do steps and only had one step into house, The place they put us in had 17 steps from bottom level to main level and then another 17 steps to upper bedroom level. We had 5 vehicles which fit fine with this house, the one they placed us in had 2. We called when we got to new place for maintenance was told they would let them know, they never showed up. The fact they never called us to even let us know we didn't get house and give us a chance to cancel and get refund,and let us drive 4 hours there and feel like we had no choice but accept replacement condo. We planned out whole trip based on the house, layout, and location. A phone call would have been nice, especially after what I had already went through with the house prior. Will never book with this company again, and we know alot of people that book through them for other houses during winter and summer months who will no longer rent from them again either. Disrespectful and unproffesional.

Fun Snowshoe WV family weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property has a great location, perched on the top of Snowshoe with great wester views, which provided some awesome sunsets. The house does need some maintenance and cleaning. I fixed one of the shower fixtures, which was so loose we couldn't get it to work until I fixed it. With a little bit of cleaning and some basic maintenance this place would be fantastic. The setting is great. The house is big enough for a family of 12, if you don't mind sharing some bathrooms. Walking distance to the snowshoe village, although there is a shuttle, so you don't have to walk. We had a fun time.

Great stay

Awesome property very close to the top of the mountain, giving us easy access to Snowshoe slopes. Shuttle was a breeze, views were beautiful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a perfect location and even better than the pictures portrayed. 5 minute walk to top of the world and the slopes could not have been more convenient. There were some minor damages when we arrived like a missing toilet paper holder, broken chair in a closet, kitchen island table top moves when you lean on it and a few others, but nothing that would deter us from staying again. Overall it was fantastic and I would highly recommend for anyone with a party of 10-15.

Turned 30 with a bang

Awesome slopes. Amazing house. Hot tub was hot. Shuttle picks you up at the driveway. House even came with a shot ski.
