This luxury condo is in the heart of downtown Milwaukee close to corporate offices, Theaters, Summerfest grounds, and the convention center. It features 1 king size bed in each room , a pull out queen sofa, 2 twin cots (upon request and matching guests) and a furnished kitchen, an in unit washer and dryer, and includes a parking pass.

We can accommodate up to 8 guests as family for the night 8 adults are on a case-by-case situation. The included parking is located next door in the parking structure and is a short 100-foot walk. You will need to park and get the pass first and must use it in order to enter the structure.

. We provide linens and towels for the number of people booked for the night. Please be accurate in your attendance numbers to ensure proper towels and linens provided. The pack n play and high chair will be provided upon request. Please make sure to mention when booking so that we can schedule it being there. Check out is 11am. We cannot accommodate late check out due to the next guest arriving at 4pm.

You have the entire condo. You will ne provided with a code to get in the front door and lock box at the condo for the key. You will need to park first to get the parking pass and you must use it when entering and exiting the structure. We do not reside there. We will be available for help and in most cases between 9am and 6pm. We do not have 24 hour service but do our best to help from 6pm to 9am. In most cases we can be on premises in an hour.

As a reminder we are not a full service hotel. We are providing our space for your stay and some essentials to make your stay better.Please search MKE Lofts to see the apartment complex that we are part of. They also list several area attractions. You are located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee and just a few blocks from the convention center, theaters, and 3rd Street Market. A 3 block walk gets you to the Third Ward or Fiserv Forum and Old World 3rd Street District. This condo is in a perfect location for weekday business travel. You will be in the center of the city.

Uber and Lyft are readily available as well as bus transportation. The area is also walkable. There is one free parking space for this condo. It is located in the parking structure that touches the building to the North. . The pass that is needed for parking will be in the condo when you arrive, you need it to enter and exit the structure. You can park out front with flashers and head to the Airbnb to grab it. Please return it at the 11am check out. Parking passes and keyslost or not returned will result in a $100 replacement fee.
