Clean, comfortable & great location

Amazing Stay

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property! Ed and Deborah were great to work with. The accommodations were very clean and cozy! We felt right at home. We also loved the location! It was close to everything, which made it nice and convenient. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Great place to stay

The place was as advertised. It is located in a great location/neighborhood, and was very very clean. Communication with the owners was exceptional. I plan to try to secure this place, if possible on my future trips, and would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Excellent location and super comfy condo!

Great experience at Desert Escape. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating for us. Very clean and exactly as advertised. Perfect location for our purposes attending an event at nearby WestWorld. Would highly recommend and plan to book for the next time I’m headed to AZ. Big thanks to our hosts for such a peaceful place to hang our hats!

Better than Anticipated

This property was great. Clean and had all the extras. We was very I pleased with what it was equipped with and have stayed in many VRBO’s before. I would definitely stay here again. Close to westworld for those attending an event there.l. It’s better then the pictures and the communication was great.

Perfect Scottsdale Stay!

Ed and Deborah were able to get me in last minute which was greatly appreciated. Check-in keypad was super simple for entry and exit. The condo is perfectly decorated and appears brand new or very recently renovated. It was spotless and equipped with anything you could possibly need for your stay, including ceiling fans in every room which is extremely welcome in Arizona in the summer. I even found several pool toys in the closet. Ed and Deborah have left lots of information about the surrounding area, restaurants and recreation. They were also available almost instantly to answer any questions I had. I loved the space so much I decided to stay an extra day and can't wait to come back for another visit soon!

Great place, nice location, like new!

My teenage son and I stayed 3 nights at this wonderful property! They had everything we could possibly need, plus we each had our own amazing bedroom and bathroom! Everything was comfortable, clean, and updated.They even had complimentary snacks, which we really needed since we arrived after midnight on the first night. They pool area is beautiful, plenty of chairs, and the pool temp was perfect. The owners were available via text or the app for any questions we had at any time, and were always friendly and willing to help. The only things that I wished we had some brief directions for were the multi-switches and the pool. Maybe I'm the only one that's never seen multi-switches before, but we didn't understand how they worked at first and what they were for, so some simple directions would've been helpful. Also, we didn't know where the pool key was at first, and once we were at the pool we didn't know how to get out! Funny, I know, but there's a button you have to press on the wall near the gate in order for the gate to open. (Felt a little stupid for a moment!:)) Hope these little tidbits help someone, cuz this place is FANTASTIC and would rent again in a heartbeat!! Thank you for the PERFECT STAY!

This was a perfect location in finishing our golf and hiking vacation! Close proximity to everything yet the seclusion and quietness you hope to also have on vacation. The condo was absolutely spotless!! The beds were so comfortable which was wonderful as I don’t always sleep great while traveling but we did here. This property provided exceptional comfort and convenience and would stay here again for sure!

Second stay

This is our second time renting this property and we will do it again. Very clean and the owners have thought of everything a guest needs to be comfortable. Recent upgrades to kitchen and bath made it even nicer. Excellent communication with owners. The location is very convenient to restaurants, hiking trails, grocery. Fantastic vacation rental and great location.

Great Stay Great Location

Condo had everything we needed. It was nice and clean. The location is great. We used the main pool everyday. There are many people who stay at this location for the winter. They are very friendly and talk positively about the location as well. We will be back!

Wonderful Condo

I really enjoyed staying at Desert Escape. It was a beautiful condo, and very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hosts had thought of every possible thing you might need, and then stocked the condo with that. The location was perfect also, so close to stores and restaurants. I thought this was an amazing condo and I hope to be back sometime!

Book it!!

This is a great place and was just as described! It's comfortable, quiet, and clean. It's close to some beautiful hiking (I recommend the Gateway Loop Trail). We also played some golf at Starfire Golf Club which was close and reasonably priced. Our hosts, Deborah and Ed, were attentive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Deborah and Ed are avid travelers and VRBO fans. We decided it was time to get into hosting so we could "live like a local" when visiting family and friends. Arizona holds a special place for us and our family and we are excited to share a Desert Escape with you!

Beyond 85260, Scottsdale is the gateway to all the Southwest has to offer - the entire valley, Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Tucson, Mexico, Las Vegas, California, New Mexico and more!
