We were there for a business trip and needed a gathering place for team members to have a strategizing session. The living room and dining room area were perfect for that. The house was clean, easy to get to and convenient for food. It served our purpose as well.

Big House with nice beds

Home was nice with great places to hangout and socialize. Four bedrooms to spread out in and very clean. There were a couple drawbacks unfortunately. We were sent to the wrong address, but the property manager was quick to respond with the correct address. The keyless entry was a little glitchy not sure if the batteries were going out and my friends said there was a bad smell in the home. I think it was from the trash cans in the garage combined with the heat. It didnā€™t bother me, but I wasnā€™t sleeping in the room above the garage.

Just the little things

The attention to details can go a long way. The patio needs to be more inviting with better lighting that works and could use a barbecue grill. And the faucets were loose.

Great Stay!!

We completely & thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very close to the action yet in a quiet neighborhood where you could relax before & after hitting the action! Lots of natural sunlight in the home so you donā€™t really have to use the lights during the day. This could be a problem if you are use to sleeping with blackout curtains like me. It took some adjusting and my sleep mask but we enjoyed the property none the less!

Great Location and Great Communication

The property was exactly what my coworkers and I needed. A place to lay our heads away from the hustle and bustle of the Vegas lights. The neighborhood was quiet and just a few minutes away from the strip if that is your thing. There is plenty of room for guests to spread out. The communication from the host was great.

Wedding getaway

Family trip for a wedding. Everything was as describedā€”clean, spacious, and plenty of room for everyone. Great location! Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The only small critique is that the mattresses could use some improvement. Would definitely come again!

Great Stay, but Address Confusion Needs Fixing

My team and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quietā€”perfect for a work trip. However, I did encounter an issue with the address listed on the booking. Since I had supplies shipped in for a convention, the discrepancy in the mailing address caused some challenges. I had to coordinate with the postal carried and merch vendors to resolve the matter. It would be helpful if a note were included on the listing, clarifying that the provided address may not be suitable for shipping purposes and advising guests to contact the host for the correct mailing address if needed. Overall, it was a great stay, but addressing this detail would make the experience even smoother.

Beautiful home with quiet neighborhood

Great home worked perfect for the reason we needed it for. Roomy and clean bathrooms and spacious kitchen. Would rent again. A few things that would make this a AAA five star property: kitchen sink needed some work, the temperature controls were a little tricky, and that marble slab in the master bedroomā€¦I stubbed my foot many times on that thing lol.

Clean house, has some issues.

First thing I noticed is that the address on VRBO is different than the one I was given. We were also told to park in the garage, but there was only space for 1 car, due to furniture piled up. The house was very clean, but we all agreed that we wish there were more bathroom and kitchen items. There was only one bottle of body wash in the whole house and it looked like it was from a previous guest. They only provided 1 towel per person and we couldnā€™t find any more towels or linen. The bed sheets smelled a little weird in the upstairs bedrooms as well. There wasnā€™t any lotion in the bathrooms (which I know isnā€™t a necessity but it would be nice to have since itā€™s very dry there:). There was also no coffee in the kitchen, the only thing in the fridge/freezer was a bag of ice. Another note, the bathroom floors were VERY slippery, 2 of our guests slipped on the floor and luckily caught themselves. Also, there are only 2 TVs in the house, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room, and there were no laundry baskets if youā€™re looking to do laundry. There were no hooks in the master bathroom for our towels, and the downstairs bedroom only had 1 nightstand. There was a good amount of seating for everyone which was nice, good backyard, the house is overall nice but just beware of these things:)

The home was nice, clean, and as advertised. It was fairly sparse regarding anything in the kitchen, but serviceable. The master bathroom can use some help regarding safety measures for the tub. The neighborhood seemed safe and was very quiet.

Nice stay

House was clean and as pictured/described. Neighborhood was nice, and it was close to everything we wanted to do. Everything looked nice, and there was plenty of space for our group of eight, but it was very "minimalist", especially in the kitchen. Not much better to work with. Thankfully it was only 2 days, so it didn't matter much. Communication was great and they allowed us to check in a little early.
